Baker Cadillac was the third location we stopped at while shopping for a top quality, reliable yet affordable SUV. I really wish we went there first but as they always say, you can’t recognize good unless you’ve seen bad. The first two dealers we visited weren’t concerned about the customer experience but only the sale. Randy at Baker Cadillac was the easiest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions with a patient cheerfulness that has left a lasting impression on me and my family!
I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
I purchased a used 2012 CTS in July and I must say it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. From Hank Landry in Sales to Brian and Andrew in Service they a truly a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, you will not go wrong. I thought the pricing was fair and the car was in outstanding condition, it was obvious that it had been completely serviced and ready to go. I will not hesitate to buy from Long Cadillac again in the future,
We bought a 2 year old Honda CR V from these guys. They were terrific to deal with. Our salesman Ron was totally attentive to our needs. The car was in great condition at a very reasonable price. Ron had the car driven to our mechanic in Boston for him to inspect. Then brought the papers by our office for us to complete the deal. Then delivered the car to our home the next day, complete with inspection and registration. He couldn't be more service oriented. The best part was that he was very easy going to work with. Not at all pushy like many car sales people.
Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
The gm Pete was fantastic great customer service and willing to do as much as you possibly can to help the customer with the right deal with the right car. Angela Adams is the best Shields person I've ever dealt with she's professional and down-to-earth person very comfortable to talk to and will do anything to help to get you into the right car she was so good her and Pete that I brought my mom in and they helped her get a car. If you're looking for a car speak to Angela Adams she is the best sales associate ever met.

My wife and I shopped allot of places but once I arrived at highline and experienced the fast, professional team here and how Chad went out of his way to help with a whole group of people working to find what we wanted ( and we tried allot of cars ) I knew this was the place! They were so easy to work with and personable. When it came time to buy I was shocked at the low finance rate Mark got us, he is a great guy, all these guys are great and they get it done! I will be in the market for a second vehicle soon and no doubt I will be back. Bruce MacNeill
Was in the market for a used truck, but had no clue what I wanted, until I spoke with Ross..he intently listened to my needs and wants, and suggested a truck that has become our favorite vehicle of all time..What a pleasure to do business with someone who understands the importance of good customer service...The whole transaction was painless for me, because Ross anticipated all the steps that needed to be completed and did most of them for me...all i needed to do was show up with a check... I live in New York, and was initially leery of buying a car out of state, but this is my kind of shopping...Highly recommend this dealership and especially Ross Jefferson, who goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied...
I just wish to start off by saying the customer interaction is beyond an excellent rating. From the moment I arrived till I left, the staff was a pleasure to encounter. From Ray in service to the sweet cash out receptionist my experience was a 10+. Lets be honest, no one likes to take their car in for any unexpected service, but I felt very comfortable all because of the way I was treated. The waiting room is clean, bright and pleasant. The staff be it an employee walking thru the room or to the first service person that greets, there is a level of professionalism in everyone. A warm smile, nod or a "good morning" goes a long way in todays world. I am toying with the idea of upgrading to a new car maybe sometime in the spring, and because of the service I received even from the day I purchased my car, I will return to Colonial.
Our family had a great experience working with the sales team at Colonial Cadillac. Dave Robinson was particularly helpful in locating a particular car we were interested in, and was very fair in the transaction. Would certainly return to this dealer in the future.
Worked on the drivers side actuator for the heat part I thought was way over priced. Total price was 520 think it should have been around 300 expensive for an easy fix
