2019 Cadillac Escalade review
Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

2021 Cadillac Escalade review
I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

2026 Cadillac Escalade review
This is my first Escalade and my wife and I love everything about this vehicle. We shopped other vehicles but decided on the Escalade and learning about the features and the ride quality. Front brakes failed;Was in a serious time crunch and needed the warranty repair done asap...After a little back and forth, they were able to take the car in and repair it same day (New front brakes and left caliper). Got it done for me in less than 2 hrs (including 2 road tests pre/post). They also honored the warranty and charged us nothing. Time will tell when it comes the repair however, the cars feels a lot better. Overall, good experience here...may get another secondary car from these guys in the future.
2011 Cadillac Escalade review
Great car.Second owner and I’ve had for five years now I’ve had for five years now. Truck has 195,000 miles and is still running strong. Some of the sensors are acting quirky and I have to take it up to Cadillac for them to look at but otherwise the truck has been fine. Keep all the scheduled maintenance going. Transmission is shifting a little hard at times when cold. But the truck is 9 years old now. I will be purchasing another one.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
2023 Cadillac Escalade review
Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!
