For a second time (after 15 years of owning my last S60), Bob Makowka helped me pick the right car for my needs. He explained & made sure I understood the various features of each model so I could make the perfect for me selection. He then explained the new features on my new car so I felt comfortable on my first drive home. And he follows up promptly with answers to questions I thought of afterwards. Finance Manager Howar Ruiz took the pain out of all the paperwork (finance and title transfer) everything was well organized & easy to understand each step of the process. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the service department where I usually deal with John Korallus for top notch service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. I just perched this SUV and I like it alot it's a very nice machine I'm glad I bought it. This thing got some go to it she handles great. I made her do fish tails on take off it was a test since I'm a test driver and she passed the test.

I think its a fantastic truck. The luxury features and safety features are unsurpassed. Adaptive cruise control is the the perfect feature. Camera in the rear few mirror, is outstanding.

I’m sure they were a nice group and were busy, but as far as reaching out to me regarding the car I was interested in, I never received a reply. It may have been because the car was eventually sold. In all fairness, I’m sure they don’t have time to reply to everyone who messages them about a car they are interested in purchasing. I was keeping an eye on that car for a while, and I should have acted immediately when the price dropped.
