Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.
This company bends over backwards to accommodate their customers. Every time I see one of their commercials on tv I get a good feeling becuse of my experience.
Most comfortable and reliable car I ever owned.

This car is extremely, dependable, comfortable, has many comfort features above and beyond even a luxury vehicle, the safety features are superior. I will never own anything but a Cadillac again, this is my second one, and I will remain a loyal Cadillac customer.
I was selling my car. They gentleman that helped me (Reggie as I remember) was so kind. He was on point with everything very well versed in his field. More then that he was fun to talk to it was more like having a friend there with me then a car Max employee.

Great car. Cadillac sold me a damaged car without disclosing the damage. Dealership sold and I had no one left at dealership to support my claim . Bought over a million dollars in cars from GM and they refused to fix my car.
Tom Henion contacted me several times to offer his assistance in finding my next leased car...he was knowledgeable, friendly on the phone and couldn???t have done more to help me find a vehicle that met my needs. I bought my car a week ago and I love it.I didn't go to the dealership looking for this SUV. I just ask about it thinking I can't afford it the sales said yes you can I was like I can. So I bought it and so far so good. I have a warrant bumper to bumper . Everything is covered and I love that.

My newly purchased 2014 SRX is the most luxurious vehicle that I've ever drove and owned. It far exceeded my expectations, even after researching other luxury crossovers and reading reviews on the SRX. Makes being stuck in traffic so much less stressful; at times, even pleasurable. Rides and handles like a dream too. Nothing but an exceptional vehicle with high praises in performance, looks, and comfort.
My experience was exceptional as has been in previous visits.

The Cadillac SRX was an excellent vehicle and I would highly recommend it, however, they no longer make this model. This vehicle was a functional and dependable SUV.
I received superior service at Val Ward Cadillac. They were ready at my appointment time and they addressed my concerns. All members of my service team were knowledgeable and helpful.

All the 2016 I drove were excellent in performance I didn't like the light color of the inside of one or two. But, for the most part, the performance was all I asked for in every vehicle. I love the design and, I am still working towards owning one when I get my finances straight. I have a Caddy now but, the SRX is on a totally differen t level that my 2004.
Val Ward Cadillac does a fantastic job with service. Friendly people, clean and comfortable waiting area and great work make this the perfect place for service.

The vehicle was very comfortable on the road. It had features I was very amazed with and, I just wanted to drive off into the sunset with it. But, my financing isn't exactly where it needs to be until August 2018. It's the last year Cadillac made with a CD player was my most wanted feature.
Our salesman was Wayne Clarke, and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and was very accommodating. Overall all lt was a great car buying experience.
Really satisfied with this car, love driving it!

I usually despise the entire process of buying a car! The day before we went to Toyota & the salesman drove us crazy with his non stop persistence. Even when we stated they didn't have what we were looking for, he kept getting us to wait and wait and wait! Finally, exasperated my husband left while I hid in the car because I knew it was going to be a hard sell. I'd rather lose a toe than buy a car like that! The next day we went to Galloway Direct. Rich Festa, the salesman was as pleasant as he could be. No hard sell, no harassing, no long horrible wait. Also, the closing agent was extremely nice. The overall experience was a nice surprise! We felt like we got a good fair deal and got a great used 2011 Ford Edge with low miles! It was pristine. We got an extended warranty and free oil changes for 2 years! The facility was pleasant with some great antique Fords inside. I would absolutely recommend them for a great experience!

Just returned from a long trip and the Cadillac was a comfortable and economical car to drive. Glad we have it!!! For my wife and myself and 2 doggs, the 2,500 miles was a good way to go.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

My driver side the headlights I'm not happy with that is dim. I took it to the dealer he said he re-adjusted the lamp but still didn't correct the problem. Now I must purchase to bulbs not happy at all. I brought the car in 2016 with very low mileage. If I miss something please let me know this is my retirement car.
Very pleasant and friendly people. Location is convenient and facilities are new and inviting. Service work was fully satisfactory and Eric Hand is always a pleasure to deal with.

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
As always they did a great job. From the minute I dropped my car off to when I picked it up they kept in touch with me and made it a great overall experience.

This my second SRX Premium and 2016 was the last year in production. This vehicle fits my lifestyle and needs to a "T". Features galore and a joy to drive. My only complaint would be the ride is a bit on the rough side, but other that, a great all wheel drive SUV.
It was the best service I ever received and Im very happy with it Ill definitely recommend them to other people
