We got the Honda Accord. Ken, the Sales Consultant knows his field. It’s just frustrating because there’s a long wait for the financing office. We stayed 5 hours in the dealership & it’s mostly waiting for the financial office to process our papers.

Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.

I live in Utah but recently bought an Escalade from Halladay Cadillac in Cheyenne and honestly, I was just super impressed with everyone. You can tell these guys know how to treat people right and run a solid, honest dealership. They picked me up at the Denver airport and drove me up to Cheyenne. After the sale, on my way home I noticed that the USB and HDMI ports in the vehicle did not work. It was unexpected, but the way they handled it really meant a lot. The repair wasn't cheap but they didn’t make excuses, they just took care of it and made things right. That kind of service is rare, and it meant a lot. It was clear they stood behind what they sold, and that goes a long way. I’d absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to work with good people who actually care about doing the right thing. Special thanks to Bryon the salesman who was super helpful and never pushy and John the sales manager who was a pleasure to work with in getting the issue resolved after the purchase and Shawn Smith the GM for standing behind the sale and being willing to take care of it. This is probably the third or fourth time I’ve been to Vera. Every time the experience is excellent. I always feel appreciated as a customer if I’m buying a car or just coming in for service. The service department has always been accurate as to when my car would be ready and the sales people are always polite and not overly aggressive or passive. I will continue to buy cars and recommend friends to Vera, this is one dealership that I can truly say I’ve always had a good experience with.

I called the dealership and spoke with Michael Munevar. I inquired about a 2025 F150 and it was close to closing time. He took the time to ensure the truck was still available and took photos to text. I was about 3 hours outside of Katy, TX so I could not go to the dealership to purchase the truck before the end of the month. He made the sale happen and I purchased the truck on the phone the following day. I thought it would be possible to buy the truck then pick it up a few days later. The whole team made the deal happen and I could not have been happier.
