They honored a coupon for my current vehicle even though the coupon was recently received for an 18 year vehicle Pilot I no longer have.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

They reached out right away after my online inquiry into the '17 Lexus NX. Unfortunately there was no delivery service and this would be costly from Ft. Meyers to Las Cruces, NM. Nonetheless the rep was very forthright with the car info and felt no hard selling on their end. Always appreciated when your not there in person to make personal contact.

The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

I had an outstanding experience getting my 2022 Chevy Traverse serviced here. After bringing it in for a transmission issue, the team diagnosed it quickly and even provided a ride home so I could finish my workday. My service advisor, Brian, was exceptional?he stayed in constant contact with updates. I was relieved to find out the replacement was covered under the powertrain warranty. They sourced a new transmission locally and finished the job right on schedule. They even picked me up to collect my vehicle! I?m driving away with total peace of mind. I went To Evan’s Chevrolet looking at a specific car that they had, I worked with Ron who was great, he had the car ready for us to test drive, went over it’s features and etc, we decided to buy so we work on the price I was pretty set on how much I was going to spend, he got Gary the sales manager involved to see if we could make the deal work and the 3 of us were able to make it happen and drive the car home the same day. I had looked all over for a Lotus Evora. I found NOLA Motorcars on the web, and they had a clean Evora for a great price. Buying a car out-of-state can be harrowing, but Kelly made the process enjoyable. He was completely transparent about the car, furnishing me with additional photos and background information. I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but have since worked with Cadillac to resolve this issue and while it will not let me edit the last review I can post a new one. Working with service centers can sometimes be very challenging, especially as a woman that does not know very much about cars. It's essential to me that I am able to go to a place that I know I can trust. In February of 2022 I took my car to this dealership to get a new key fob after losing one and have my transmission inspected. My car was under an extended warranty and they were able to replace the transmission control solenoid and get both of my new key fobs under warranty and at the end of the day it only cost me $46! Along the way Tim Radice, my service consultant was absolutely phenomenal. He kept me updated and made countless calls to my different warranty companies to ensure I was spending as little out of pocket as possible. Within a week I had my car back. Sadly shortly after my transmission started acting up again and the problem was much worse. I took it back to the dealership and found out that the transmission cover had warped and it was going to be a $1,500 fix because my warranty had just expired. Tim did everything he could (he's awesome like that) and put me into contact with the service manager, Paul. From the moment I got on the phone with Paul I could tell he was handling this with the upmost professionalism. He was kind and patient and he let me spend 10 minutes walking him through the initial repair to my cars current state. Paul quickly jumped into action and got on the phone with GM to figure out why this was happening. He called me back after speaking with GM Engineering and let me know that there was some critical information GM had not relayed to them. Apparently any time you replace the solenoid you need to replace the cover as well, because it disrupts the seal and often causes transmission fluid leakage. Paul said they would 100% cover the cost of labor and asked if I would cover the $149 part, saving me over $1,000. So if course I said yes! They had no LEGAL responsibility to offer me this, especially given that they had no way to know this information at the time of the initial repair. It is; however, the right thing to do given that the issue stemmed from the initial repair. I am so thankful that Paul, Tim and the other Cadillac team members did their best to take care of me in this situation. Car troubles are never fun and are almost always quite costly. It's worth it to go to a place you can trust - and this is it.
