Mitch Smith ChevroletReviews
Mitch Smith Chevrolet review
My wife and I just purchased a Brand New Chevy Silverado 3500 HD from Mitch Smith Chevrolet in Cullman Alabama and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We’ve always dreaded the long drawn out dealership process, but Dylan and Eric completely changed that for us. They were professional, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure we got an outstanding deal at a very reasonable price. The whole transaction was smooth, transparent, and quick… exactly what we were hoping for. If you’re looking for a new or used Vehicle, I highly recommend Mitch Smith Chevrolet and make sure you ask for Dylan or Eric. They made buying a truck easy peasy and enjoyable! I never thought I’d be the owner of a Truck like this… Thanks again, Guys!!! We are Lovin’ our new Silverado! Now it’s time to get out and make us some money with this Truck! 💰

AutoNation Honda West KnoxvilleReviews
AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I contacted the dealership service center to help me with my car after dealing with a problem with my starter for longer than I should have. One young man treated me with kindness, respect and compassion. I had already dealt with others who treated me like I was "just a stupid woman." He listened and was quick to come up with a solution. He made sure I was taken care of through the entire process. He gave me his business card, texted me all the information needed and made sure everything was taken care of. They provided me with a loaner car to use while my car was being repaired. When I came back to get my car after it was repaired, Gus recognized me immediately and was quick to help me. I have my car back and now hopefully don't have to worry if my car will start every day anymore. 1st time doing hard car things on my own after the end of my marriage. Where others were not kind, this young man showed me that not all service centers have to be scary and that sometimes a simple gesture of kindness can help me do the hard things. I will return to their service center for future needs and will be sure to ask for Gus!

Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers review
I just purchased a used Lexus from them and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism they displayed throughout the purchase process. They were quick to respond to my every request and made buying a used car a pleasant experience rather than one of dread and disappointment that plagues the industry. Joe Pizzi was my point of contact and he handled everything with class which is rare. I look forward to buying another car from Ft Myers Mercedes in the future.

From the very moment you drive into the service area you are greeted by the technicians. They are absolutely polite and friendly making you already feel like this service call won't be a dreadful wait. The service itself was for rotating my tires and oil change. Everything was explained to me that they did before leaving. This is a great dealership that is for sure

Apple Lincoln Apple ValleyReviews
Apple Lincoln Apple Valley review
I was greeted as I walked into the dealership and was met by my sales person Josie that I had talked on the phone to. I told her what I was looking for and we proceed to do a couple of test drives. There was no pressure on their part to purchase a vehicle. They were there to help you and answer any questions. I chose the vehicle I wanted, a blue 2022 Lincoln Corsair. Josie along with Rebbeca, the finance manager, worked together to complete the paperwork. This made the process go quicker. The dealership is beautiful. It has individual seating areas, plus refreshments while you are going through the buying process. It was comfortable, like you were in your living room. It’s not an open, typical car dealership. Both ladies along with the sales manager were very easy and friendly to work with. This is my second purchase of a Lincoln from this dealership. I have been to some Cadillac dealerships in the past where I felt I wasn’t the clientele they wanted. This Lincoln dealership was totally different. I felt I belong there, even if I was purchasing a used Lincoln. I highly recommend this dealership as well as my sales person, Josie!

Hawthorne Motors ExpressReviews
Hawthorne Motors Express review
I had an amazing experience at Hawthorne Motors Express! I bought my Lexus from them, and they had the lowest-mileage one I could find anywhere at a great price. They really worked with me despite my bad credit and made the whole process much easier than I expected. Sara was beyond helpful with all of the paperwork and made everything simple and stress-free. They even connected me with an insurance agent who was able to get me insured when several other companies had turned me down. Mike took me on the test drive and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and never made me feel pressured. The entire team was friendly, honest, and genuinely wanted to help me get into the right car. Overall, this was a true 5-star experience. I would give them more stars if I could! I highly recommend Hawthorne Motors Express to anyone looking for a quality vehicle, great prices, and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family! Make sure to ask for Sara she is awesome

Smart Motors ToyotaReviews
Smart Motors Toyota review
Our 2026 Sienna is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from Smart Motors. Rodney Potter has been our salesperson for three of these vehicles. Rodney has always been easy to work with and understands what are needs have been. We met with Rodney a number of times before we made our decision to order in July. Rodney kept us informed as to the status of our order and projected arrival. The delivery process was smooth. I would recommend Rodney and appreciate his interest in us.
2019 Cadillac XT5 review
The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor
