Matt was very impressive and made the whole process as smooth as possible. He quickly and honestly addressed any and all issues upfront and made our buying experience so much more pleasant. Exavier was also great to work with. He explained every aspect of the financing, warranties and service plans in great detail and eased any worries we had. The entire team made us feel welcomed and eager to earn our business. We will be back for future car needs.

Car has a rattle in dash and has a technical bulletin that was not applied at Audi while recall was done. Other than that car is in excellent condition and was delivered to our home. Picked up our old vehicle and was great experience overall.

Thank you to Andrew Tyson my original salesman and my servive representative 11/4/25 Steve Oliver for all their help today with my 2015 CADILLAC XTS car issue. So thankful for their professionalism and straight forward approach to resolve my problem and make me feel cared for and comfortable. I am so happy and pleased with all they did today. Cable Dahmer Cadillac of Kansas City review
We originally had a unpleasant experience here as first time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pre-order of our new vehicle and maintained stellar communication and customer service throughout the whole pre-order process. We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I will update my review once we purchase the car but so far I can say Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Ask for her if you are having any hesitations on purchasing new Cadillac! She will do her best to get you in your dream car! THANK YOU STEPHANIE!!

I was referred to Charles by a friend and he helped me with my lease buyout. Between him and Chris in finance, it was THE BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. No runarounds, just straightforward, honest business and I can’t tell you how much that means to me especially when buying a car! Thanks for making the process a breeze!

Sapaugh GM CountryReviews
Sapaugh GM Country review
I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.

I worked with Zac today. This was the 3rd dealer/salesman in 3 weeks. This was the most pleasant experience my wife I have had. As far as the sales process went, we ONLY dealt with Zac, there was no pushy middleman saying we have to do this or that. The whole process went really well.

Pre visit was great. Salesman took a video of the car for me so I could inspect the vehicle further. Sales process was a little long. It a bigger dealership so they have their process to go through. Fair negotiation. Took a while to get to the finance office to close the deal. It’s a bigger dealership and it was a Saturday so expected. Overall good experience. I went to 6 other dealers and this why by far the best.

Thompson Buick, GMC, Cadillac review
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Thompson Buick in Springfield. Our sales representative, Chance Sigman, was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. He showed us all the new technology and explained all the benefits. After a number of phone calls and text, we settled on a deal and made an appointment to pick up our truck the following weekend. Chance spent 45 minutes setting our truck up, including the apps on our phones. Thanks, Chance, for the amazing customer service experience you provided. if you are looking for a new vehicle, I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Thompson Buick, GMC, Cadillac review
Without question Thompson. Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealership has been the best we have ever worked with. Funny story, We went to them to purchase touchup paint for my 2025 Cadillac XT6 and ended up trading two vehicles in on a 2026 Yukon Denali. What makes them our go to dealership: 1.They truly want to make you happy and they work really hard to give you the best deal possible. 2. They are honest and trustworthy. 3. They are patient working with you through the process. 4. Their service department is outstanding. 5. Vehicle selection is amazing and stock is unsurpassed. 6. Vehicles are detailed and filled with fuel upon final closing. 7. Graciously work with you and always remain professional. 8. Their finance department is fast and works to get you the best rate possible. We have purchased three vehicles from them over the past 16 years and Kandy and I trust them to give us the best price without any surprises. Our most recent purchase, 2026 Yukon Denali, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Our salesman, Hunter Angel was, and always has been, exceptionally pleasant to work with. We consider him family. He follows through and stays in contact with you throughout the entire process. We didn’t have to continuously call them to pull information…kept us in the loop. Thank you Thompson’s and especially our friend…Hunter!!!!! You will always be our dealership. Tom & Kandy Murphy

Thompson Buick, GMC, Cadillac review
From the moment I arrived, Mike elevated what I expected from a dealership experience. He was attentive, respectful, and thorough in addressing my needs. His communication was clear and confident, which built immediate trust. The dealership itself maintains a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that allows you to feel at ease throughout the process. If professionalism and quality service matter to you, ask for Mike Peters. I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a seamless experience. Thank you Mike!
2026 Cadillac XT5 review
Great car. This is my 3rd new XT5. I got the car with optional V6 engine so it has plenty of power. I also got the car with Premium Luxury option, so it is loaded with nice features.
