We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
Friendly ,helpful,no pressure sales people. Made buying a car very easy.

This is the perfect car for anyone,single married or a family. I bought mines used with 95000 miles on it and I only drive it on trips. I have a 114000 miles on it now and the 19000 miles I put on it is all highway miles and I haven’t had a problem with it yet. I went to a local car dealership to trade mines in on a truck that I liked and they told me that they don’t take CTS or no Cadillac with a norstar moter because at some point they leaks oil. I took mines to Arkansas and let my personal auto person check it out and he also said they are known for leaking oil. From my personal experience all that I’ve seen in the past have leaked oil but I have had no problem with the one that I have and it has a 114000 miles on it.
I could not be happier. There was no pressure in buying. I got a good deal. Everyone treated me fairly and respect. They were great.
My Cadillac ATS is not my 1969 Fleetwood.

I’m retired and my son knew I was a fan of GM. He talked me out of a Chevrolet Impala and suggested the Cadillac. The price of the ATS was comparable to the upscale Impala. I’m closing on fifty thousand miles and I have had a few MINOR recalls (expected) and no operating issues. A safe bet! She’s a four turbo.
My experience at Audi Turnersville was a great time. My salesman Rich Rodriguez was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and very helpful and professional. He made my buying a vehicle a great experience. The other people there are very helpful also. I would recommend this place to my friends and family . They are all great.

I bought my car a week ago and I love it.I didn't go to the dealership looking for this SUV. I just ask about it thinking I can't afford it the sales said yes you can I was like I can. So I bought it and so far so good. I have a warrant bumper to bumper . Everything is covered and I love that.
We were searching for a gently used XT5, and Delaware Cadillac had one that looked great. Mike Cassidy was our salesperson, and he was terrific. Price, color, and options were just what we wanted. Cutting the deal was easy. When we arrived a few days later to pick up the car, the detailing of the vehicle was as good as I have seen, and I have owned a pile of cars. Put is next to one brand new and don't look at the odometer, and there is now way you could tell it was not brand spanking new. We love the car, and appreciate the professional treatment we had at Delaware Cadillac.

I love the look, comfort and reliability of my Cadillac. It is by far the most favorite car I have ever owned. I am completely satisfied.
I bought a used DTS last Thursday during a snowstorm. Scott Bernard went beyond the call of duty to show me the car and complete the deal. He cleared the snow, washed the car and presented it to me for inspection in the clean well lighted garage while the weather outside roared. Scott is knowledgeable and customer centered. I WENT ON INTERNET EVERYONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM SINCE 2015 WHEN SOME DUMB xxx ENGINEER DECIDED TO CHANGE TEMPERATURE CONTROL, IT'S BEEN THE SAME FOR ALL THE YEARS EVEN THE 2019'S, WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN FIXED?

This car is very comfortable, has so many luxurities and drives like a dream. Great gas mileage and we feel very safe driving it lots of car for the money !

Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.
My husband and I went to Delaware Cadillac looking for a SUV that we had seen online.. We spent quite a while checking out that particular vehicle and also test drove one with our sales. Rep, Scott Bernard. Scott was so patient and professional as we took our time Checking all the details on each and every vehicle we wanted to see. We did not purchase that day because we had not yet found the perfect vehicle for us.. It had been many years since we purchased a newer vehicle and wanted to make sure it had everything we wanted. Scott knew exactly what we were looking for and told us he would let us know if he had anything come in.. I was online everyday looking because I was so excited about purchasing a Cadillac! We had bought a used one years before and absolutely loved it! I saw an SUV that was online and called Scott.. He said they had just gotten it in and had not yet certified it or detailed it but we could come see it. We did and absolutely loved it. There were a few things on the vehicle that we wanted to make sure would be taken care of and Scott assured us it would. He and his manager John Danze did everything they possibly could to make sure we were happy and satisfied with every detail of the purchase of the SUV. When we came to have final look at it before signing papers, We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently they had done everything we had asked. Great car. Cadillac sold me a damaged car without disclosing the damage. Dealership sold and I had no one left at dealership to support my claim . Bought over a million dollars in cars from GM and they refused to fix my car.
The performance is great and it has all of the extras that I could want like Bluetooth and Android Auto, Intellibeam headlights, Heads Up Display, Lane Keeping Assist, SiriusXM, heated seats and steering wheel, and much more. Decent mileage for the great acceleration and power.
I had a wonder experience at Diver Chevrolet (Pennsylvania ave). Rusty helped me find the perfect car. He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. This car is extremely, dependable, comfortable, has many comfort features above and beyond even a luxury vehicle, the safety features are superior. I will never own anything but a Cadillac again, this is my second one, and I will remain a loyal Cadillac customer.
Very good experience, they took car for service when i reached. Proactive to complete documentation. Did proper Inspection. Im satisfied with the services and customer service. Price Paid for service is too Much expensive . they charged $450 for breaks and $550 Labour which is very expensive , I end up paying $1150 for general Service.

I came out of a Cadillac DTS. XTS is smaller and sportier. I thought it was the best value in it’s market segment. Large sedan.
