We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

Car is great to drive, room in the front and back. Handles great on the highway. Looks as good as it drives- a must buy.

Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

I was leaving for a week on vacation when my car started acting up. I called Russ (my salesman from a year ago) and he had me drop it off that Saturday. The Service Department looked at it on Wednesday, ordered the part and fixed my car before I returned from vacation at no cost to me as it was covered under my powertrain warranty. I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

Andrew's parents were also very polite and helpful. I felt like I always received honest and thorough answers about every car I wanted to check out. Once we chose vehicles that we wanted, Andrew and the dealership was very accommodating and assisted us through the entire sale process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way. There were a few fairly minor issues with the cars post-sale (like with any used car). Andrew always got back to me and completely took car of all of the issues, either himself, or through one of the dealers/shops he regularly uses. My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

This compact coupe is absolutely gorgeous and I love it more every single day… 6+ years later, styling can’t be beat! Two recommendations: 1) Take to the dealer and do a transmission fluid flush as soon as you get it. 2) Swap out the runflats for all-season or summer tires. You’re welcome!

I usually write reviews when I absolutely hate something, but this time I really wanted to let everyone know how AWESOME this place is! So here it goes... I was in need for a new car and needed it fast. I was very limited on money with it being so close to Christmas. I stopped by several other car lots around town and all they wanted to do was get me into something that I would have to finance through them at a ridiculously high interest rate. I was getting pretty discouraged and was beginning to think that this was going to be my only option until I stopped into this lot. I explained my situation to them and Matt was so accommodating and helpful. He listened to me and stuck within my price range instead of trying to get me into something more expensive like everyone else did. Their prices and mileages also seemed lower from all the other lots I had been to. Matt let me take one of cars I was considering for a few days which wasn't even a possibility with the other lots even with my down payment! What impressed me the most was that Matt and Mark went the extra step above and to my very pleasant surprise found me, not 1 but 2, of the cars I really wanted!!! Who actually does that anymore? I can positively tell you that none of the other place I went to did! I am now a very happy owner of a 2010 Lincoln MKS thanks to Matt and Mark!!!

Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

I was shocked but pleased and when they brought my car around it had just been washed. Wow-I was impressed with their customer service. They continually exceed my expectations!!!
