Drove down from Colorado springs to look at the car of my dreams. Bri was great setting up the appointment and then moving things around so I could come a day earlier. Rick the salesman was a up front straight forward profession and very knowable, will be using this man as my go to salesman going forward and recommend to my friends when they begin the process of looking for a car. The financing guy, which sadly I cant remember his name, was a true profession, very friendly took the time to find what worked in the budget, and was easily a joy to work with. Fast forward 14 hours, my company lays off 6 employees including the only other person that works in my department. They tell me to be prepared because they are bringing in a new manager and that my job was also in the hot seat. fearing I would be let go I called up the gm, and explained my situation. This man is a legend and is the true show stopper of this company. He allowed me to return my dream car knowing I wouldn't be able to keep up with the payments if and when I lost my job. I will always use this company and recommend this company. What a class act, what a true gentleman. I will be going back there as soon as I find a steady job and save up for a couple months. The General Manager (once again sorry forgot the name) is a man you want to do business with. This is the only dealership for me.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Wilcoxson did a fantastic job selling me my 2016 Maxima. From Michele in internet sales to Bobby the sales associate to Jeremy in Finance, everyone was a class act. They all made the process flow, weren't pushy, and made me feel like I made the right decision. I am very excited about my new car.
This letter is to sincerely thank everyone at Wilcoxson GMC of Pueblo, CO. In reference to the experience with the unique and unfortunate incident which happened to my GMC Denali truck while being serviced at Wilcoxson GMC. I am sure everyone knows emotions run on steroids, especially when something is involved with such an investment as my purchase of a 2016 GMC Denali truck. No matter what the wrong was AJ @ Wilcoxson GMC made it right! I am beside myself this morning as I look at my new 2017 GMC Denali replacement truck. Wilcoxson GMC has restored my faith in mankind! Raymond Harris, my salesman is a rock star also. Even Scott in the service department needs to be recognized. I know he was only doing his job and as I said earlier maybe my emotions were on steroids so I hope he understands. I never imagined I would get treated so well from a dealership! I recommend everyone to do business with Wilcoxson GMC because of their sincerity of doing business the old fashioned way!
You stepped up to the plate and did what you said you were going to do. A lot of times talk is cheap. You have proven that there are some people that actually keep their word! Without going into a lot of detail, what really matters here is the outcome of this incident has turned into an ordeal that I will never forget and I would like to join the “Membership Forever” club with Wilcoxson Cadillac GMC Truck @902 North Santa Fe in Pueblo, CO.
