Having purchased numerous vehicles and having them serviced over the past 20 years I can speak to quality of service Bob Karls provides. The service is always always friendly and competent where the mechanics are not satisfied until they get the repair right. The fact that most of the employees have been with Bob for many years speaks to the quality of the operation and has enabled them to form a bond with their customers whom they genuinely care about! It's a rare business in today's world, almost like business from a bygone era. Can't recommend it highly enough!

I’ve owned Cadillacs since 1979. This is by far the best fit for size and comfort. Not a “boat” but big enough for a family trip.

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

There was no pressure To close the deal the day that I walked in. They encouraged me to check out similar vehicles. I was in several times before I bought my 2025 MDX. They gave me a fair trade in allowance for my car, and explained everything that I needed to know very clearly. Kia took over an hour to show me the features of my Acura, and answer questions. I highly recommend her as a great person to do business with. I looked at a number of similar vehicles, but the quality and style of Acura was the best! I will say that a number of competitors tried to sell me what I did not want. I never went back to them. This is the nicest vehicle that I have owned in 50 years of driving.
