I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

My wife and I went to the LA Auto Show because she was in the market for a new car. She had her heart set on a Hybrid Highlander, but after a close exam, we were unimpressed with the interior quality. The Toyota display did not feature a Crown. After being impressed with the KIA and Hundai quality, we were on our way to those dealers. On a whim, we stopped at a Toyota dealer, which had a single Crown Signia Limited. WOW! Fantastic interior and quality. We bought it!

This vehicle is good to have it. The only thing I don't like it, is sucking too much Gas other than that I didn't have any issues so far

The fuel injector went out on my 2019 F150. This is an employee-driven vehicle and I needed to get it back on the road fast, or we'd miss serving clients. Because I have an extended warrantee, the repairs were fully covered. Northbay is down a couple service people, as one of their longtime people just retired, and it's hard to find qualified people to hire in our small city. But they escalated my truck, and got it done in a couple days. It was driving beautifully after that. Marcus, my contact, is awesome at customer service. He is great in person - goes beyond. The Subaru BRZ is the most reasonable sport car with sufficient trunk room and a very small back. Seat, that can be folded down, if needed. The flat four cyl w/o turbo is enough. Power, 228 hp to make this a fun car to drive.
