They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Overall bowdich is a great place for new vehicles. Customer service top notch and Al in service is second to no one. The facility is clean but runs out of coffee

Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.
