I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

I have been looking for a new/used Lotus and one of the concerns I've had was finding a reliable service dealer. The best choices I was aware of was in Chicago or St. Louis. Upon further research, I came across Gator Motors in Indianapolis as a Certified Lotus Dealer and service provider. I happened to find a Lotus I was interested in there and contacted Brian Henry, the sales manager, to see if I could check it out. Unfortunately, the Lotus had sold but my wife and I still decided to visit. The service department is amazing!! The service manager is the best service person I have ever worked. I drive an hour to have my car worked on because of the service department and the manager. I trust their work 100%. I have also brought my cars here for 30 yrs and have always had excellent service. I will continue to drive an hour one way to do all my business at Eastgate.

Got a good car at a good price without all of the extra fees that other dealerships have. The process did not take long either. The car runs well and is in good condition as well.

Overall a good experience. I saw the truck online, and contacted Larry Conley about holding it for me a night. He did I came to see it, was as advertised and I?m truly happy. One small note is that I didn?t test the wipers until I was already at home and the motor was out. Not a big deal, it is a `98 so some issues are bound to happen.

As usual, excellent service when my wife was stranded at the grocery and the van would not start; turned out to be a bad battery. Bob Jaggers , Service Manager at Tom O’Brien North, is the absolute best and got it repaired and back to us the next day!
