These guys are good guys they will work with you, they actually found two vehicles for me. They even recommended a good repair shop and transport company. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them without issue all of my documents and titles were sent via fed ex. I would be careful when bidding on vehicles, look at them closely make sure they are not another dealer trying to pass them through Elite. I would focus on only insurance company vehicles if you want to restore and repair. They have plenty of used vehicles with some minor scratches and clean titles. 2016 RAM ProMaster 3500 review
Our Promaster 3500 Pleasureway RV has had no failures after driving 24,500 from Northern California throughout Canada and throughout Alaska on the toughest roads anywhere. Ice, snow, heavy winds, driving rain storms on gravel dirt roads has not been a problem for this front wheel drive RV. We looked at a Mercedes chassis but since it is 5.5 inches narrower you loose way too much space. The rear wheel drive made the Mercedes too top heavy when we tested it in strong winds. On the ALCAN highway gas is much easier to find than diesel so our friends had to carry diesel extra fuel to get by. Driving at 55mpg we averaged close to a 400 mile cruising range. What a great vehicle!

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

From the time I contacted the dealership about the car I eventually purchased, they were responsive and helpful. I drove 768 miles to make the purchase they didn't waste my time and I didn't waste theirs. the vehicle was cleaned and ready for the test drive. The paperwork was ready I was done in 35 minutes and back on the road for the drive back. Ray Lugo is a class act, my only complaint was a rear panel was loose inside the passenger compartment that should have been taken care of, I noticed it once I was on the road but it was an easy fix and a great car.
