You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! It was like they intuitively knew what would suit my lifestyle best without ever making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. Working with Chris Keppel on the financing and contract preparation was especially outstanding. He was not only incredibly efficient and organized but also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I walked away understanding my financing terms, my lease obligations, and even my options for potential future changes. That kind of clarity and transparency is rare?and I really appreciated it. What stood out most was how the great service didn?t stop at the sale. I was told there might be follow-up regarding a possible lease upgrade, and sure enough, they actually followed through?offering me an improved rate and the option to re-sign if I wanted to. That level of attention and care is something special, and it shows they genuinely value their customers. The entire process was comfortable and low-pressure. I felt empowered, informed, and truly excited about my purchase. I would absolutely buy from them again (though hopefully not too soon?I plan on driving this Equinox for a long, long time!).

To my own mishap of making the wrong assumptions to an otherwise 5-star experience. For new car buyers, please read your paperwork carefully and never assume. With all things considered, I would give my experience purchasing my new Corolla at Mossy a 3.5-star. The experience was positive because: 1/ My sales rep Cliff (1) kindly provided me a ride from a nearby car rental to their dealership, (2) was willing to readjust our appointment, (3) offered me a fair price and interest rate, which is greatly appreciated. 2/ The moment I walked in the dealership, I was immediately attended by this lady (sorry I don’t know your name) who was very kind and lovely. It made me feel at ease and well-respected. The process could have been more stress-free and pleasant if Mossy: 1/ Had a comprehensive inventory of cars readily available for test drive, finish the paperwork, and take the car all in one-visit. 2/ If more than a visit is needed, I would appreciate if Mossy can share the warranty & optional add-ons in advance instead of having me made the decision right on the spot. Even though the outcome likely be the same (me purchasing a valid, truly cost-saving security + warranty package plan), the means used to reach that end are worlds apart. Whenever I was forced with a “limited time offer” or “only this time offer,” it’s hard for me to feel confident in deciding because I did not feel prepared. The experience would have been a 4.5 or close to a 5-star if I was not put under such unnecessary stress which can be easily avoided/ minimized if the information is offered (either via phone calls or emails) days in advance. For something that was listed as below: Individual plan: Security system, $720 5Y/55K warranty, $1605 Package plan: Security system + 5Y/55K warranty, $1655 It would have been a much more positive experience if Tom EXPLICITLY clarified that despite the security system and the 5Y/55K warranty were individually listed as $720 and $1600, respectively, when they were bundled together, please DO NOT ASSUME that the security system is now only $50, with the 5Y/55K warranty stays refundable at $1605. I wanted to sign something that I actually agreed to (security system for $50 + 5Y/55K warranty for refundable $1600), not something I thought I agreed to but turned out to be falsely misunderstood (security system for $1030 + 5Y/55K warranty for refundable $625) and later consoled that it is still a pretty good plan. 3/ Avoid using multiple thus confusing abbreviations like TSRP, MSRP, DSRP, SRP. Confusion >>> distrust >>> negative experience >>> negative review, zero referrals, or clients never coming back.
