I came back to A1 carz about the problem of the vehicle that I recently purchased the 2010 Toyota Matrix. Sonny and Ali worked with me and even give me a car to borrow while my car was getting repaired. Sonny called the next day and told me what was wrong with the vehicle and that I shouldnt worried about any expenses. I thought I was treated unfairly before but A1 carz's owner Sonny took care of everything. I think these guys deserve a second chance. Not only that, they showed me what customer service really mean. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

In the last 5 years we have purchased 2 now 3 cars, this has been the best experience. Max was very informative about the truck we test drove and even knew about all the extras. He took the time to show us how most of them worked too.(that's a first) He also did whatever ya do to get the phones blue tooth to hook up. We had to take our last car to Verizon to do that...(yes we are older and don't know how to do much ) Max was so helpful. Overall we appreciate how honest he was in finding answers to questions he didn't know the answer, His personality and humor, he kept us laughing and that's an A+ for us!
