Ford Fairfield review
Came here for service in June and Jenna was an amazing service tech. This woman goes well above and beyond to make clients feel valued and important. If I could give 10 * rating for her patience with all my questions due to this being the first American owned car I have ever owned I would. She has been ultra patient and kind as I bring issues to her that need to be looked at under warranty.

Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Antonio is someone you can count on. He works hard, has a great attitude, and always tries to help however he can. He’s easy to work with, learns fast, and treats people with respect. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable person.
2024 RAM ProMaster 2500 review
Ram Pro-master 2500 is a best solution for someone to start your own business or used this van for family trips, very spacious, drive smooth, feels very nice and safe with all the panoramic view from the front windshield.

I came here and bought a 2013 Chrysler 300 about a week ago and love the car. It's a great car and very much just a luxury car. The sales person I had was Beverly and she was also great. Only bad thing was how long it took to buy the car. But so far I really like it.

Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco review
We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!

Mercedes-Benz of San FranciscoReviews
Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco review
I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. I had a great experience and feel like I got an excellent value for the car I purchased.

Hengehold Trucks review
Rented a truck while shopping for a replacement to the most heavily-used truck in our fleet. Roger was very accommodating with some tight scheduling requirements and the rental unit was perfect for our needs. Then Matt worked some magic to actually find the same truck to sell so I ended up with the perfect one-stop, rental/purchase, double-deal… with no down time. It's now been a month using our new truck 6 days a week… thanks to the Hengehold crew!

Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield review
Well, unfortunately I can’t give a complete review. I went in one day to test drive a car. Decided the next day I wanted it. By the time I was able to get a hold of the salesman I was working with they sold the car to someone else. He was off that day.. So I am not able to give the buying experience review. However, the salesman was a pleasure and informative. And the sales manager was pleasant. The facility was clean. I guess I was just not meant to have that car.

MB Fremont continues to exceed expectations. While my Sprinter van has had several warranty claims, of course no fault of the dealership, they have handled everything quickly and efficiently. Bell Beller has been an excellent service advisor. 10 out of 10!

CarMax RenoReviews
CarMax Reno review
I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.
2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
