Jorge, Mark & Jason were so great. Ted Britt Chevrolet has the best group of workers , when it comes to techs , service advisor (Jorge) , Service manager Mark & GM Jason. This group of gentlemen have helped me with any issue I have with out any hesitation. They are there to answer any questions or concerns that I have at any moment with out any hesitations. If something can?t be done they will guide me on the best route to take to make sure I am satisfied. Jorge in specific was there through out the whole process helping me out every step of the way. He would guide me step by step & even show me hands on on how to do a process. glenda was amazing! will send everybody i know to her! She made everything seem easy! My only concern was her manager Tony. As she was going over the financing with me. I clearly heard him call her to get her xxx to where he was on behind the desk! I couldn’t believe a manager was talking to her like that. That was unprofessional and out right disrespectful to her! No only did i hear i know that other people heard. I felt sorry for her. Unfortunately she didn’t make a fuss about it. The look in her eyes told me everything! It’s not funny to show your power by disrespecting anyone when they are clearly working to make you money. Especially someone who’s a woman! Thanks for everything Glenda!
2022 Ford Transit Connect review
i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen
