Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Shannon was knowledgable and extremely helpful. Not only answered all our questions but did so with flying colors. With the help of the back office he was even able to reduce the rate on a commercial vehicle 5% lower than what it was supposed to be originally. Great service, great rate and great experience. I've been buying cars from carriage trade over 3 years now...it's a fun place to go and also a good place to buy a vehicle if you wanna get a good deal...but as a buyer it's your reponsability and a MUST to come early at auction day and do your homework and check out all vehicles that you are interested in..I always come 4 hours before action starts that gives me enough time to identified problems in any vehicles iam interested in so I won't make a mistake and can be happy with my buy...I will continue to do bussiness here as always...

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.
