Sapaugh GM Country review
I recently bought a newer used Chevy Tahoe from Sapaugh. My salesman Randy was a very good and upfront person to deal with. I would go back to Sapaugh and Randy for any other vehicle that I was looking to purchase. It was easy and comfortable.

Mylenbusch Auto Source review
I purchased my car from Mylenbusch. Joe and Drew made the buying experience so easy. I took my car home. The next day the car had an issue to where I couldnt drive it. I called Drew, he apologized, took responsibility and had my car picked up within the hour. It was taken to One Stop Auto and he had the issue fixed for me. His customer service and professionalism was OUTSTANDING! Thank you Drew! I recommend Mylenbusch to all of my family and friends.

Great experience with the Salesman, but the van was disgustingly filthy. Smelled of grease and headliner was heavily stained with something. Of the 5 identical vans we were looking at, it was the most expensive and not even the lowest mileage. This vehicle was not ready to be seen by potential buyers.

My 2000 Mountaineer died on the road with my wife and daughter in it. I needed a car right away. I?m glad I checked out this small dealer whose lot is visible from Highway 40. I got a great deal and the transaction was easy. No pressure, Just some good information and advice I needed. I love my new used car. Mattern knows his stuff and really earned my trust. He was very helpful. I am recommending him to all my friends. I usually don?t write reviews but my good experience with Mattern really impressed me.

Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield review
I recently purchased a Mercedes GLC 350e from Rob, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the features of the vehicle thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process from start to finish. What I appreciated most was his honesty and genuine care?there was no pressure, just clear communication and a commitment to making sure I drove away happy. The GLC 350e is an amazing vehicle, and I couldn?t be more satisfied with both the car and the service I received. If you?re in the market for a vehicle and want someone who goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Rob.

Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield review
I acquired a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4Matic from a dealership located in Chesterfield, MO. Initially, the vehicle was delivered without a temporary number plate; however, I contacted Mr. Drew, and they promptly dispatched the temporary plates via FedEx overnight. In addition to providing the plates, they also assured reimbursement of the shipping expenses as a gesture of customer appreciation. I sincerely valued their considerate gesture. Initially, I was pretty frustrated due to the absence of temporary plates and a low feedback rating. Still, I subsequently recognized the extensive efforts made by the dealership, which prompted me to revise my feedback.

I bought a 22 Ford Bronco from Clement Ford in December 22 and have had on scheduled service which went great using the valet service they provide. However, what really impressed me was this week I had an issue with the bead locks on my wheels. I spoke to Jerry and Alex in their service department and they were able remove the bolts I was having issues with, allowed me to use the valet service once again, and didn't even charge me for the time. I'm very happy with my experience with them so far!

My Car died out in the morning and decided to go find a replacement. Went to Jack Schmidt in Wood River IL and met a salesperson named Kadin. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price I was willing to pay. Kadin came out with 2- vehicles I might be interested in. I drove 2-vehicles he selected. I ended up buying 1 of them. Kadin gave me the best service that as a customer could expect. He went thru everything and it only took about 2.5-3 hours total from driving the vehicle to walking away with what I wanted. Go see Kadin at Jack Schmidt in Wood River for great service

This review is for Jason Gross service manager. I needed an engine replacement in my Ford edge due to coolant intrusion and after talking to Jason within a few days, he had ordered to parts. I brought the car in and a week later I picked it up and it’s been running great ever since then. Thank you again, Jason for all your help you made all the difference in the world, getting this done right and in a timely manner, thank you ! Jerry D.

Clement Ford review
We just had our 2017 Ford Escape in for an oil change and its annual checkup. David Farmer the Service Advisor did an excellent job of putting up with 2 old cranky people who complained a lot about various little things. He is a kind young man that gives a good impression of your service department.

Sean is very nice about everything. Even though I'm not going to get a Mercedes, he was very respectful in his emails.

Jamie was great to work We had a less than great experience at a different Mercedes dealership after contacting Hoffman Estates he stepped up and found us the vehicle that we wanted and had it at the dealership in less than a week The rest of the team was just as great as well They made purchasing our first Mercedes the awesome experience it should be Thanks again to everyone at Hoffman Estates especially Jamie We will definitely return Thanks again Darin and Kay
