I bought a Ram ProMaster from Royal Motors was such an easy experience and I never felt pressured at all. Leo was very easy to deal with as well as his dad. After we decided on a price they wouldn't let me take it home until their mechanic made sure everything was working properly. The last thing that I appreciated was about a week after picking up the van Leo called me to let me know the auction dealer delivered an extra set of keys. Overall I felt they were looking for a lifelong customer rather than just making a one time sale.

When my daughter decided to attend college in upstate New York, my funds to purchase a car were somewhat limited. After visiting several dealerships, I eventually ended up at M &A Motors. The difference with Medi (owner of M& A) in comparison to all the other dealerships, is that he LISTENED carefully to my situation instead of just trying to push whatever car he had on his lot. The rest is history. To this day, M& A Motors is my first choice when I am in the market for a pre-owned vehicle.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

Favorite car that I’ve ever owned. It fits in garages and drives really great. Easy to remove all seats if needed. We loved it!! Great for van life living too

This past October, I purchased a 2013 F-150 from the Otis Ford used car department. I was satisfied with my purchase until after two months and thirty-one hundred miles, I noticed excessive, uneven wear on the front tires. My initial impression was the camber was out of tolerance; however, upon professional evaluation it was toe that was out of adjustment. It was my hope that Otis Ford would stand behind their product and realign the front end, and I would deal with the tires. Hours after leaving Otis Ford I read the repair order/ receipt of work performed and came to realize that the service director authorized the replacement of both front tires. This was well beyond my expectations. This was my first purchase from Otis Ford which was a laid back, easy going, experi ence; not at all aggressive and pushy which has been my experience elsewhere. I will recommend Otis Ford to everyone; This is a stand up company, with a professional staff. I cannot thank them enough nor can I give them enough stars for their exemplary service.

I LOVE YOU JENNY SCHEELE! Does that say enough? Lol. When I worked with Jenny on getting my 17 Explorer last summer I wasn’t expecting to see her until 2020.. I was in a small fender bender that to my surprise was deemed a total loss a year later! If you saw it you’d never think it was either. The moment I got the news I was so upset I called Jenny as I didn’t know what to do.. “Don’t worry we gotcha girl” is what I can remember hearing..I clearly saw her face as she said it too.. If you know her then you know the look ;) Fast forward less than a week later she introduced me to my new 18 Explorer Limited which had everything I wanted and more.. Jenny made a stressful moment for me feel like it never happened and as if it were 2020 and we were going onto my next vehicle. She was there to answer any of my questions I had, which there were many (I would even refer to myself as the “Pain in the a**”), she even answered after her work hours which goes above and beyond the call of duty.. Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.

In two weeks I'd visited over half a dozen dealerships and some had exceptional customer service, but the sales didn't go through for varying reasons while others had very poor customer relations and the sale didn't go through for the obvious reason. You can imagine my surprise when Bill, the sales manager at Stevens 112, contacted me directly instead of his sales staff. It was a no BS pitch from the start and the price he had for the truck I wanted was already priced to sell--it was already lower than comparable trucks I'd negotiated at all the other dealerships. I've purchased a brand new vehicle without test driving it or seeing it in person, but doing that with a used vehicle was a gamble. This gamble, as it turned out, benefitted everyone. Not only did I go home happy, but I actually paid LESS in fees than I was told on the phone. I literally paid only $145 over the listed price out the door! Bill was a brief conversation, but when he said come see us, take the ferry to LI and I'll have my guy pick you up I was skeptical and thought it was another cheap ploy to get me through the door. NOPE. Frank the sales consultant took care of me and made sure big Mike picked me up on time. These guys were friendly and they don't BS. The price was just right without me having to negotiate and they took care of me. This was a painless and stress less shopping/buying experience that was worth my time and money. Of all the dealerships I'd visited, Stevens Ford 112 had the best and realistic price for their trucks. If they tell you, the truck is priced to sell, they really mean it. Look around at all the other dealerships and you'll know exactly what I mean. The next time I buy another truck or have friends and family who want to buy a truck, I'm recommending they visit Stevens 112 first.
