This is the second car I purchased from this dealer. In March, I purchased a 22' Outlander SEL for my company car. This week I went back and purchased another 22 Outlander SEL for my wife! Travis, our salesman, went above and beyond answering my questions and finding the perfect trim and color for our new car. I LOVE YOU JENNY SCHEELE! Does that say enough? Lol. When I worked with Jenny on getting my 17 Explorer last summer I wasn’t expecting to see her until 2020.. I was in a small fender bender that to my surprise was deemed a total loss a year later! If you saw it you’d never think it was either. The moment I got the news I was so upset I called Jenny as I didn’t know what to do.. “Don’t worry we gotcha girl” is what I can remember hearing..I clearly saw her face as she said it too.. If you know her then you know the look ;) Fast forward less than a week later she introduced me to my new 18 Explorer Limited which had everything I wanted and more.. Jenny made a stressful moment for me feel like it never happened and as if it were 2020 and we were going onto my next vehicle. She was there to answer any of my questions I had, which there were many (I would even refer to myself as the “Pain in the a**”), she even answered after her work hours which goes above and beyond the call of duty.. Jenny is awesome and an asset to Ford/Stevens 112 Ford! Again I LOVE YOU JENNY SCHEELE.. see you when it’s time for my Bronco lol... and this is why I am a Steven’s 112 Ford “Lifer”!

I bought 2 cars in late December, 2015. There was also a trade-in on one of the purchases. In both instances, and on all accounts, including maintenance service since then, I would highly recommend D&P. Phil is an excellent individual to interact with, as well as all the staff. Nothing is complete unless Phil agrees, and his method and mode of business are excellent. His philosophy of selling cars in based on total satisfaction. Everything is performed on a car for sale with the idea that the buyer will not have unexpected necessities for at least a year, or more on very low mileage cars. I recommend D&P without qualification.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

I bought a Ram ProMaster from Royal Motors was such an easy experience and I never felt pressured at all. Leo was very easy to deal with as well as his dad. After we decided on a price they wouldn't let me take it home until their mechanic made sure everything was working properly. The last thing that I appreciated was about a week after picking up the van Leo called me to let me know the auction dealer delivered an extra set of keys. Overall I felt they were looking for a lifelong customer rather than just making a one time sale.

Love this truck get way more for your money then you do with any other car manufacturer And I believe is more reliable And can do all the work you will need it to do

I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

The customer service was polite and sociable. I was able to test drive and look over the vehicle with no hassling. Sales staff was quite helpful over the phone, through email, and in person. The vehicle was as advertised and was purchased with no drama.

The gas motor is outstanding, features are amazing and very safe. The entire van is very well engineered for ease of use and great features.

In two weeks I'd visited over half a dozen dealerships and some had exceptional customer service, but the sales didn't go through for varying reasons while others had very poor customer relations and the sale didn't go through for the obvious reason. You can imagine my surprise when Bill, the sales manager at Stevens 112, contacted me directly instead of his sales staff. It was a no BS pitch from the start and the price he had for the truck I wanted was already priced to sell--it was already lower than comparable trucks I'd negotiated at all the other dealerships. I've purchased a brand new vehicle without test driving it or seeing it in person, but doing that with a used vehicle was a gamble. This gamble, as it turned out, benefitted everyone. Not only did I go home happy, but I actually paid LESS in fees than I was told on the phone. I literally paid only $145 over the listed price out the door! Bill was a brief conversation, but when he said come see us, take the ferry to LI and I'll have my guy pick you up I was skeptical and thought it was another cheap ploy to get me through the door. NOPE. Frank the sales consultant took care of me and made sure big Mike picked me up on time. These guys were friendly and they don't BS. The price was just right without me having to negotiate and they took care of me. This was a painless and stress less shopping/buying experience that was worth my time and money. Of all the dealerships I'd visited, Stevens Ford 112 had the best and realistic price for their trucks. If they tell you, the truck is priced to sell, they really mean it. Look around at all the other dealerships and you'll know exactly what I mean. The next time I buy another truck or have friends and family who want to buy a truck, I'm recommending they visit Stevens 112 first.

Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! No dealer fees! No doc fees! The price you see, that’s it! We even got a discount on the vehicle! Yes, in this market! We got a discount! We bought the car. Ease to get into the seats. Comfortable bucket seats. Spacious storage ability. Wide doors. I feel very safe driving this vehicle. Ford Motor Company has always been the #1 product for my family. My husband loves the extra leg room provided by this model and we enjoy bringing our family with us to restaurants and shows. The seats are easily lowered to provide extra storage space.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
