Had a really pleasant experience with this dealership. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with — no pressure or games. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. It felt like they genuinely cared about helping rather than just making a sale. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward and positive car-buying experience.

Jordan was so helpful. He helped me choose a car with no pressure. Took very great care of me and my Son. Big bonus. Amy handled the all the paperwork so I understood it all. I would definitely recommend that any one from anywhere choose Ruges. It was very worth my drive from Long Island. I would drive back for all maintenance . Thanks to you all I am very Happy. See you next time I am in the area.

Super happy! Bought a 2025 Jeep Gladiator from Dutchess last week and this dealership did everything they could to get me in the exact vehicle I set me mind on and they were absolutely successful in doing so. I particularly like that nothing feels like a secret at this dealer and I felt in the loop about every little detail. I will be sending friends and family to you!! Thank you Dutchess team and enjoy your Holidays!

great experience overall, Mr. Eric Mkofsky-my sales rep is extremely knowledgeable, nonjudgemental, with amazing professionalism exhibition and great work ethic. Not pushy, give details of every account with only guided decision-making. I was impressed and would for sure revisit and or recommend him to anyone. He made the practically cumbersome auto purchase seamless for me and my family

Meadowland of Carmel review
The salesman Charlie, was the most respectful salesman I ever had. He helped me find the car/SUV I wanted. The SUV i chose, has all the features I wanted plus even more. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. So many cars today are gray, white or black, but I wanted a red GMC Terrain with fog lights. He found it for me. I should add the dealer absorbed the last 3 months of payments on my previous lease as i ran out of miles. The entire experience was easy.

Bob Ruth Ford review
Dave G was awesome! This was our 5th vehicle we've purchased from Bob Ruth Ford. Always amazing service.
2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.
