Search in internet and purchase more convenience at dealership. Seems like there was an honest sale on a used car with reasonable price.

This vehicle drives very nice. I am normally a Chevy buyer but this Ford is very nice. I was never in the Ford dealership but they really treated me well

Amazing service!!! Great manager and super helpful dealers! Definitely the place to go if you want a car. At Ocean Honda, cars are sold at a reasonable price by friendly staff. Our dealer, Alder Lee was very friendly too. The manager was also quite great!

I called in the morning to get service on my new EV6 that had a dead battery. KIA corporate called nine dealerships and couldn’t get service until five days later. I called Capital KIA spoke to Anthony in service. He was able to diagnose and repair my car that day. Great service team.

I called the store the other day curious about a specific car and a kind lady named Marina helped me out. She was very patient and helpful!! I had a lot of questions to make sure the car was right for me and my criteria, she answered all of my questions thoroughly. Definitely a dealership I will purchase from just based off the interaction with Marina!

Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. He is a great person and a very nice guy. I just say tku very much Tim, for helping us to do this posible. And I hope you get a lot of clients after this review. I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. Ramin my sales person was very nice and professional and he answered all my questions about the car. Ramin also showed me all the features the car offered. After I returned a week later to pick up the car, Ramin picked me up from a train station and brought me to the dealership as I live out of the area. The finance dept was very efficient and friendly and were no pressure during the process. The salesroom was very clean as was the waiting areas and restrooms. I would highly recommend Mercedes of San Jose as I have visited many dealerships over the years and this dealership is top notch.

I seen a car that I Liked and wanted and Nuvia helped me. She was welcoming and friendly. I prayed and was determined to purchase this car. My son and I drove 150 miles one way and it took about 3.5 hours to get to the dealership. ( over 300 miles and about 7 hours driving) Ulysses was helpful. They were professional and Ethical. This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Express 15 passenger van from Hengehold Motors. They were very professional and made my purchase easy and quick. I am very pleased with the van and very happy with their service. I will return to them to purchase trucks in the future.

Marcus was great. He’s very friendly and took care of getting me transportation to work and back. It would have been nice if they charged the car for my ride home so I didn’t have to stop. Otherwise, they were great! Servicing was pretty quick.
