2018 Ford Transit-250 review
Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

I have no problems with the dealership. My mother purchased a Ford Mustang in 2006. This have been the only place it’s ever been for services. The car had a few problems of shutting off on its own twice two consecutive times when it had few hundred miles on it. Had an alternator replaced two years after that. While under warranty paid for it. Fast forward years later by 2013 2016 I had some belts replaced and they were replaced in the wrong manner they were crossed over my water pump hose as I drove it home I saw steam so I took it back up to Mullinax to tell them what the problem was. They said all kinds of fluids damaged the entire engine by spewing out. So it had to be replaced and it would no problem replacing it because it wasn’t my fault a mechanic negligence. So I wasn’t offered a newer engine for my troubles I was offered a used one don’t no how used it was. Probably About 2years from that the heads went out on the used engine. I proceeded to ask why should I pay almost 2,000 for something that shouldn’t be my fault an the engine I have not so old well atleast I thought and I was told that’s the only time they can honor that it will be on them. Of course I feel it should be an I shouldn’t have any type of issues for another 100,000 miles for my car to be an 07 I have about 109,000 miles on it I drive it to keep everything basically flowing and not rust or anything an I do understand somethings will go bad. I’m a dear customer and I tell Plenty of people to shop there if they have or not i put Mullinax up highly. I financially would love to get a truck from Mullinax one day. I have a friend a salesman’s there. Now I have another concern I took my car to be check out at Mullinax a a little time back months ago ,cause something causing my battery to go dead an my wiper motor went out so I purchased a wiper motor an was about to put it in myself but I don’t want to do that if my battery going dead for some odd reason. If I have a Ford an now my car is in the category of being a used car I was told from the service tech the mechanic couldn’t find out the issue. This suppose to be Ford dealing with a Ford vehicle. No recommendation or anything. So I’m stuck on finding a 2nd 3rd party. It shouldn’t be that way.

2018 Ford Transit-250 review
A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

2018 Ford Transit-250 review
The Ford Transit 250 I have, 3.7 V6, 4:10 diff, High Roof Extended Body, is awesome! It is very dependable, and keeps my business making money. Pros:Power, Dependability, Comfort, Ease of Interior Control functions, Excellent Range of View from the Drivers seat. Awesome Heater in the Winter, as per usual for Ford. BEST THING about my Ford Transit, is the level of Service provided by my local dealer service department “Ray VARNER Ford, in Clinton Tennessee. From the initial purchase experience with the Sales Team, to regular servicing (oil changes & tire rotations) with Service Team, they are simply the best! Much better, and more reasonable than the former German owned brand that I had at a much higher cost overall. (Can you say $10k in service over 3 years of ownership with the German 3.0 Turbo Diesel to keep rolling....Ouch!) Cons:There needs to be better Gas & Brake Pedal Clearance for Contractors oversized Boots/Footwear. I sometimes find one of my Boots trapped beneath a pedal if I rest it on the floor momentarily. The front steering feedback from the road is a bit too light for my liking, but I run almost at 9,000 pounds at all times, very close to the GVWR, and the tires up front feel as though they are struggling to maintain road contact while on a winding road. The Air Conditioning while excellent as usual for Ford (Very Cold Air) could use another higher blower speed, as the AC struggles to cool to the levels of comfort of other brands, and models (even Fords) that I’ve experienced in the past. The 148” wheelbase needs to extended to 170” as on some steeper driveway or parking lot entrances the rear bumper corners will contact the pavement surface (drag), and slightly damages (scrapes/scratches) the underside of the bumper. I did not have this issue while driving the same approaches in a previous vehicle that had a 170” wheelbase, and an approximately 20” longer body. Lastly the standard sized Alternator should provide more output, without upgrading to the high output Alternator. My reasoning is that my Interior L.E.D Lights should not dim down while idling with the 4-way flashers on. Lastly, the Start Battery/Batteries under the drivers seat are difficult to access. I added a second battery to mine, and had to remove the drivers seat to install. When it comes time to replace the battery, I can only imagine how much downtime I will experience changing out a battery compared to one that is mounted traditionally under the hood. (Keep things simple/don’t Over Engineer items) Things I would like on my next new Ford Transit 250/350 1. 170” Wheelbase. 2. 20” longer extended body. 3. Higher Output Standard Alternator. 4. More weighted front end steering feedback/feel with a loaded vehicle weight. 5. AC/Heater Blower extra high speed selection. 6. High Roof front and rear high mounted sensors to alert with a separate sounding tone/buzzer to alert when approaching building awnings or overhangs. I’ve never hit anything (yet) but find it difficult to judge if the roof will clear a customers awning or roof overhang. Another option would be to mount a front high roof camera, and an option to change the viewing of the rear mounted camera, from looking down to the bumper, to projecting straight back to a building awning/overhang. 7. Start/Accessory Batteries properly located under the hood in the Engine Compartment. Overall this is the best, most dependable vehicle for work that I have ever owned, and will definitely be buying more Ford Transit 250/350’s in the future even if there are no changes made to the current platform. It had no low points. The price was very very good. Gifford and Austin were part of the team. Mia worked with us for several hours because our case was complicated. We were not in the state where we reside and so insurance and registration took a little more time. Through it all, we were comfortable. The dealership is very clean. We couldn’t be happier with the care and service we received. I would highly recommend this dealership.
2017 Chevrolet Express 2500 review
I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Being a widow, this was my first experience buying a car. My husband had always overseen car buying. I drove a lot of cars and didn’t find the one on the first visit. I found my metallic blue Honda CR-V online. Walked into the store and bought it. They replace the front tires and gave it a new paint job with no questions asked. They picked up my car and supplied a loaner car while the work was being done. They also let me drive away but we’re very patient to wait for my insurance check for my totaled car.
