After being very disappointed and treated poorly by a different dealership I didn't have high hopes we would end up getting anything but my husband and I decided to give Friendly Ford a try. We were looking to purchase a used SUV, We pulled up and were greeted right away by Hugo Gonzalez. Hugo took us inside and sat down with us, he asked us what we were looking for and how much we wanted our monthly payments to be. He said he didn't want to show us anything out of our budget or that did not work size wise for our family,which I really appreciated, most places will show you anything and everything just to try to sell something. We ended up getting an Amazing SUV for our Family at a great price. Hugo really worked hard to help us find what we wanted, I felt like he really cared about what we wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to talk us into something else just to sell. Overall iy was a great experience with Friendly Ford and I couldn't be happier with our purchase from them.

This is my second purchase from Wade at Martin Swanty. This time I had a specific car in mind (which I test drove) but when I arrived a 2019 Kia Sportage was in the process of being traded in. I drove it with Devin (Wade was finishing with another customer) and Devin was very relaxed and respectful. He let me drive where I wanted so I could get the full feel of the car without rushing or pushing me whatsoever.
