Dear Bickford Ford, My wife and I have purchased 8 dealer sold cars over the past 45 years without a lot of love for the process or sales folks. Our latest car purchase of a 2025 Bronco Sport from Bickford Ford however was an exceptional experience all around. We had not planned to purchase a car but were in the neighborhood and simply stopped to see a Bronco Sport up close. We ran into Mike Mauer as he was heading out the sales office door. He asked if he could help us in a non-sales polite manner. We said we were interested in learning more about the Bronco Sport but were just looking. Mike was very accommodating with no sales hype or pressure. He is very genuine and knowledgeable. Based on our experience that day we went ahead over the following week settling on the trim package we wanted as Mike tracked down several options. Communication was excellent through e:mail, phone calls, and texts. We are from Chelan and had business in the area over two separate weekends. Mike found the specification we wanted in the Puget Sound area and even picked up the car himself when we returned the following Monday. The entire process was well prepared and faster than we had ever experienced – no “let me talk to my manager” back and forth. We traded in two vehicles as we were downsizing to one car. Mike under-promised and over-delivered in accommodating our selection and taking in our trades. Again, no sales hype. Just a great guy with integrity, sincere communication, and great follow-through skills. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the facility as well as the efficiency of the accounting and finance team. People seemed happy to be working there. 2014 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

2023 Ford E-Transit review
Excellent commercial van. This version only has the 120 mile distance range, but I never drive over 100 miles daily on my routes and it recharges easily overnight. Freaking fast van to be so heavy compared to my gas versions.

2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

I normally don’t write long reviews but I really wanted to for these guys because I had such a good experience at Real Deal Cars. I’ve bought a few cars over the years and I’m always a little skeptical walking into a dealership because you never really know who you can trust or if the price you’re seeing online is actually going to be the price when you get there. That was probably the biggest thing that stood out to me here. I never felt like they were playing games with me or trying to pressure me into buying something. Before coming in I had already been looking online for a while and comparing a bunch of different cars and dealerships. Their prices were honestly some of the best I could find, which is what originally got me to come in. I figured there had to be some kind of catch but there really wasn’t. The car was exactly what I expected and nobody tried to switch things up on me once I got there. What I appreciated the most though was how comfortable they made the whole process. I asked a ton of questions and never felt rushed or like I was annoying anyone. If they knew the answer they told me, and if they didn’t, they actually took the time to find out instead of just making something up to sell me the car. That meant a lot to me. You can tell this is a family business and that their reputation actually matters to them. I never got that feeling of being just another customer they were trying to get in and out as fast as possible. Everyone I dealt with was down to earth and easy to talk to. And honestly, trust is a huge thing for me when buying a used car. I can find cars for sale anywhere. Finding a dealership where I actually feel comfortable spending my money is a different story. By the time I left I felt like I got a really good car for a really fair price and, more importantly, I didn't leave wondering if I got taken advantage of. I would 100% come back here for my next car. I’d also have no problem sending my family or friends here, which is probably the best thing I can say about any dealership. If you’re looking at one of their cars, just go check it out for yourself. Compare their prices with other dealers and talk to the people there. That’s what I did and I’m really glad I ended up buying from them. Thank you again to everyone at Real Deal Cars. You guys earned my business and my trust and I’ll definitely be back.

2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 review
This vehicle is very fun to drive for a commercial service vehicle. It is very sharp and handles very well. We love the cameras for backing up and parking. 360 degree view around the vehicle. This will be much safer than our RAM.

This vehicle met all my needs. The front was very comfortable for the driver and a passenger. The back is totally awesome. Fits 13 people VERY COMFORTABLY! There is mood lighting n the back, USB ports, 2 TVs, AC/DC power. Pretty much everything you need.
