Brian is so personable. I always feel like I'm coming to home. He greets by name every time whether it is by phone or in person. He me overcome the minor technical difficulties I have with my car electronics.
I was in the service area to have oil change when I saw the XTS parked in front of my car.
My wife had complained about my CTS because the foot room on passanger side was so small and the trunk ws so small we had to take our drivers out of golf bag to get them in the trunk. Before the CTS we had a Deville. Love the XTS.
I have had an annoying vibrating noise in the interior roof. With Brian Hankey?s determination to find it and get it fixed, the problem has now be resolved. Whenever I have had any type of problem or service, I always ask for Brian and his continuously comes through for me. It is a valuable asset to the company. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a need to have any type of service done on their car. Thank you, Brian, again for you fantastic service. Got callback from sales person within few hours. He was nice. Did test drove and made offer. Unfortunately, vehicle sold when called next day. Service facility is ok, they do service fast, but quite expensive.

My wife and I returned our 17 Escape lease for a new 18 Escape. The process couldn't have been easier. Floyd showed us a few options. We considered an Edge and a Lincoln MKC. I wanted the MKC but Floyd actually advised us to save money and stick with the Escape. He gave us a great price on the MKC too, and I really wanted it, but we are very happy to stick with the Escape and save some money. Thanks for the advise, Floyd. The new Escape is even better than our 17 and we couldn't be happier.
Chip was so great through the process of picking out our vehicle and very patient as we decided on which one we were interested in the whole process only took a couple hours in this very simple! Highly recommend chip at Lakeview ford!
