We had been shopping online and saw one at a sister dealership and asked if they could bring it over. It was there the next business day. We went back to drive it and loved it too! We negotiated with Ernie and Brian. The conversations were friendly, honest and fair. We enjoyed working with them both. When we returned to purchase it, Juan finished the sale and delivered our new truck. Juan was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and the technology in the car. Every person we came in contact with was professional and kind. We bought our first Traverse from them and now our Tahoe! We’d return again to purchase another car! I always dread the new or used car buying experience at the dealerships, but we felt very comfortable with our entire experience here. Our salesman Steve L. was very attentive when we needed and also giving us our space, and never felt pressured. Ryan the General Manager was also nice to work with, making this the best car buying experience. Those were the pros. The only con is that the GM said we'd have a full tank of gas, but failed on that . That is a very minor detail in our buying experience, but he shouldn't have promised it if he wasn't going to deliver. I still would recommend Bob Jass Chevy and Steve L., and would return.

Got a good deal on a late model used Traverse. No monkeying around with bait and switch tactics. Price advertised was honored, and was fair enough that I saw no need to haggle. Pierce Hadden was patient and professional throughout. The only drawback was the wait to close the deal with the finance rep due to his working with other customers.

Like so many have said before, this was a low pressure, no hassle experience. Brian did a great job of answering all our questions and showing us various cars in our price range. This was the third car my wife and I have purchased from Hertz and we would not hesitate to buy our next one there. I hate the usual car buying process, but the no haggle pricing makes decision making easy - and the prices are very fair.
