First & foremost I did NOT purchase a vehicle from them but that was because I got a better deal with a closer dealership. HOWEVER, GEOFF (pronounced Joff) was THE BEST salesman I ever dealt with. He was very kind and extremely helpful when I was looking at their Chevy SS sedan. He made sure all my questions were answered and thoroughly explained everything to this first time buyer. I NEVER spoke with him before this encounter and just read a google review on the business & someone mentioned his name because he helped so I asked for him. When I am in the market for a Tahoe I will DEFINITELY return to him. Not too often can buying a car be a relaxing experience, but this certainly was! I visited this dealership due to my car being totaled, having a rental for 2 months, already feeling stressed over the entire experience, and these young ladies made it very stress free and a relaxing experience. My truck maintenance was handled promptly with professionalism. When I went to pay for the service however, they wanted an additional 28$ on a 1K bill to use a credit card. A debit wouldn't incur this fee. This seems like usury and seems over the top.

Everything was great but price bump should be a tad higher and I gurentee autonation will make alot more money. Closed at 18.7 but unhappy no body's fault, but I wanted 19.4k .. coming up to 19.15 would make people more satisfied and want to sell you more cars for autonations self gain. Long and steady gets the win not short and fast. Excellent service plus excellent pricing makes you king. If you bought 15 cars and made $ 75,000 profit imaging buying 30 cars and making $140,000 you spent a little more to make alot more in profits in the same time frame. The end goal is steady profits Thanks you for great service
