Hands-down the best experience buying a car I've ever had. Ron was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. The selection of cars on the lot made it hard to choose, since there are so many great looking vehicles in stock. I essentially left here with a car on nothing more than a handshake and a signature, as my auto loan couldn't be processed until Monday - but they went above and beyond to ensure I didn't have to drive back to Delaware from PA because of this little mixup. Be warned, there isn't a lot of room for negotiation in thier pricing, so don't expect to haggle much. However with the quality and condition of these cars - you really won't need to!
Went to the dealership a month after buying it - came back with absolutely 0 issues on the car! No better indicator of quality in my mind.

I needed a second car to drive to and from work. I was looking to purchase something that was good on gas and inexpensive. Since I had a good experience with Porter Dealerships (Nissan)in the past so I decided to try them again. I saw on the internet that Porter Chevrolet was having a discount on cars. I inquired about the Impala. Salesman by the name of John Green contacted me. He was amazing and very personable from the initial phone call to me test driving a 2018 Impala. John was knowledgeable about the car and he didn't pressure me to buy. I was impressed from the moment I looked at the car. The style and performance of the Impala was just what I was looking for. Plus I got it for an awesome price!! John and the team at Porter was awesome they had the paperwork done within an hour!!! I'm very happy they treat you like family...
I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. The experience that I had with him was BETTER than any of my other car buying experiences, and Porsche of the Mainline is BETTER than any other dealership I have dealt with. Saw the car online. Looked like a good deal. Read some not so great reviews about this dealership but liked the price point for the vehicle year and low mileage so gave them a shot. Tremendously pleased with the car, the experience, and the staff. Josh sold us the car and Ryan, the manager, filled in when Josh was closing another sale. Very informative and considerate gentlemen. I was pre-approved which made the process smoother. Also received great value for my low mileage trade in. Plan to return for my next purchase.
Chris Burnett, was a great salesman man I told him I wanted the green 2019 equinox. We had our test drive. He didnt try to sell me anything else or try to talk me out of it. He walked me through the whole car buying process. After all the paper work was done. He helped me put my child's car seat in and we did a walk through the car and set up my OnStar. I was very please with my purchase and with all of chris's help. Thank you to chris Burnett and everyone at Chapman Chevrolet in Philadelphia. I will be back in the future for another car.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta
We just had the best buying experience imaginable! We have been looking for a Ram 2500 for a while. Initially, we'd planned on purchasing a used vehicle with low mileage that hopefully had been well maintained. It turned out that we'd be able to purchase a brand new vehicle for an excellent price at Novick, and it doesn't end there. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. Aside from signatures and becoming acquainted with the vehicle, there was nothing more to do. There were no awkward sales pitches, no surprise charges ... not one negative thing about the experience! We were treated as valuable customers the entire time by there extremely friendly staff - including the young lady who opened the door for us, the gentleman who prepared our registration documents, the finance manager, and of course, Scott Novick, who was beyond awesome. This is our first Dodge ... and it certainly won't be our last ... and we definitely will return to buy from Novick!
Joe, Henry and Fran went out of their way to make everything perfect!! I have to start off by saying this was a journey I’ll never forget!! It started in Florida where I’m from and I was originally going to buy a car in Atlanta. However, the car in Atlanta was not the car promised to me over the phone even through pictures and videos. I was so upset because I sacrificed leaving my family for this car. I immediately picked up the phone and called Ridesmart Auto which was my plan B. Joe answers the phone and I begin to tell him what my current situation was and how upset I was, he first called me down and when I was able to get back in a normal state of mind we began talking about the car he had in stock that I was interested in but I was very cautious because of what I just had gone through. He reassured me that the car was exactly what he was describing and for some reason I trusted him and I believed in him just by the nature of his voice. The only obstacle now was, I was in Atlanta and Joes car was in Pennsylvania. I took a deep breath and I told him I’m on my way!!! I saddled up and 15 hrs later during my road trip there I get a phone call from my wife that my 1 yr old broke out in hives. Now what???? I picked up the phone called Joe as I’m driving trying to come up with a plan because the original plan was to trade my current car in for the ne VW and drive it 24 hrs bank to Florida the next morning after we did all the paperwork. It couldn’t be so perfect right? At this point I called Jet Blue and a buddy of mine got me a buddy pass for the next morning to fly out of Philadelphia at 9 am. Brilliantly Joe offered to send his employee Fran (which is an awesome man) to meet me when I arrived at midnight at the airport with all the paper work in which he did and worked out perfectly!!! I couldn’t thank them enough and none of this would have came close to happening if Ridesmart auto was as flexible and reliable as they were. I arrived home and finalized everything with Henry in their finance department and my VW golf TDI which is even nicer than they described in my opinion was shipped to me and I’m now enjoying it more than ever!!! I highly recommend this team and dealership and consider them fronded for life at this point. Job well done guys ;-)
