I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

The tech did a great job. I was able to use a great loaner car. The entire staff was professional and courteous and the entire service experience was 5 stars.

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

Matt was a great guy to deal with. Darrel the salesman was cool he walked me through everything and showed me a couple thing about the truck. The wife get her car there and it broke down and the service dept was helpful and getting it done in a timely matter. I would tell people to go there in a second. Again Matt want above and beyond to take care of us!!!! Sorry all most forgot the young lady that directs your call is the best…..

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

Just bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4. Great communication prior to the test drive. Mike answered all my questions about fees, features, and price. He even drive the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Everything done to the car prior to sale was done properly (new tires, brakes all around) and the car was everything they said it was with no surprises. They even filled up the tank. A very professional dealership with strong customer focus. It was a pleasure dealing with Bob Johnson. I highly recommend them. It was certainly worth my while to travel to Le Roy to buy this car. I've had one major issue with this car and it's concerning an air conditioning drain hose. I've had to have it drained and unclogged twice in 5 years. It has spilled water all over my floorboards and shorted out my radio and to me that is a design flaw in the car. I've never had any other car do that to me
