Growing up, two of my uncles owned car dealerships, so I can genuinely attest to the level of professionalism and willingness to work that I was shown by the guys at Big City. I had Zach, and the efforts he made to accommodate me and get me the best deal he possibly could were as yet unparalleled by my experiences with other dealerships. Big City made their bigger competitors look bad, and that was just with the actual negotiation and selling process.
As far as the car itself, I can also attest to their incredible quality control and level of restoration. To my 2015 Ford Fusion, they had put on new tires, repainted the front to remove chips, detailed every inch of the interior (including taking the seats out and deep cleaning them), tinted the windows, and polished the outside to the point that it really felt like a new car. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

I had great service from this dealership. I worked with Jeff to buy my car. He was able to pick me up in vermillion to let me test drive the car and did a fantastic job. The price was fair and the car was as advertised. I highly recommend this dealership.

Service team is timely, knowledgeable, courteous and straight forward. A good group of guys. While waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, several Autoland staff members greeted me and checked on and reported the status of my repair. Always a good experience.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Frankman Motor Company. Their car salesman, Jesse James, was first-class being extremely helpful and knowledge about cars. Thanks to him I came home with bada** Cadillac SRX. Financing was a breeze and the offer for my trade-in was more than fair.
I liked the no pressure on buying they didn't try to sell me a car I didn't come to look at. BJ was honest if he didn't know the answer he found someone who did I hate it when they read me the option sheet over and over at other dealerships when they don't know. We got a higher trade value than at the big factory dealers in Sioux Falls. Great communication from the sales person he never hounded me let me take my time to think things over let me drive as many as I wanted to find the right one.
I wouldn't buy a used vehicle anywhere else! Browsing their inventory, they have the best gently used cars in the area. The sales staff was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and very forthcoming of any prior history for the vehicles I was looking at. They also gave me top dollar for my trade-in. The financing was a quick and easy and I was offered several extended coverages for my vehicle, which I was very thankful for. From the moment I drove into the lot, to the time I left, I received nothing but respect from each person there at the dealership. Thank you Jerry's for making the stressful car buying process a true breeze!
Barry was very professional and responded in a timely manner. He let me know his schedule so I could phone him for some more info on the car. He was straight up with me about my current car's value and told me they welcome trades. Even though I did not do the trade, I will continue to check out their inventory for a possible future transaction.
I sent a message inquiring about the details of a 2012 Corvette z06 for which they only had 3 images online. Couldn't tell much from those photos thus wanted to see more, especially what they meant by "satin black race stripes". A representative was very quick to respond and sent me links to and some information about other Corvettes, but never really addressed my question, and never got back to me after my response email. I'm impressed by their inventory or Corvettes considering they're in a not-so-densely populated area, but I would have liked some more informative feedback/material. Nevertheless, I'll probably try contacting them again in the future...maybe it's just been a rough couple weeks for them.
