Murray Newton is a knowledgeable, patient, kind person. Not just a salesaman - a truly good person. Absolutely no pressure tactics. He spent an entire 4 plus hours allowing me to learn and test drive 3 vehicles in lousy cold, snowy weather. I never felt as though he was losing any enthusiasm for what he does or impatience with me. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. If I am in the market again, he would be my first call.

Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here.
