Very nice car, salesman and finance are nice and not pushy. Lots of different vehicles to choose from on all of their lots. The lot in Kearney Mesa is very nice with lots options to modify your car and keep it in good running order.
Van to transport dogs to/from dog shows

This van will meet all of my needs and is easy to drive. I've always had Ford vans, but their new style is not compatible for my needs, and so I have now tried a Chevy and know I will be pleased with it.
Mark was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and did not give me the "car salesman" feeling. He listens and pays attention to your remarks. I was very satisfied with the buying experience. Hertz gives great deals on those used cars, I did not even negotiate. The facility is comfortable but looks like a trailer with AC that does not need to be blasting! While the finance guy (bought my car cash) was very nice and courteous, the buying process could be shorter. Although this is not due to Hertz's financial service, but to the number of documents we have to sign. I have to point out that it was much faster at Hertz than at my previous dealership. So to conclude, go there, buy it, and drive home.
I have driven over 2 hours from Victorville to the San Diego area for years whenever I need a car. 100% credit to Jenni Kendall and Tanya Charles. They make buying or leasing a new an awesome experience. The one day trip is well worth the overall long term reward. Best customer service treatment I have ever received EVER. I tell all my family, friends and coworkers who need a car to go to Bob Stall Chev. But be sure to ask for Jenni Kendall by name.
The process from the beginning to the end was efficient, and was flawless. The dealership initially did not have the style/model car that I was looking for, however Tyler went above and beyond to work with me on my trade and also to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. Excellent customer service!
Al wa as great help when coming in to see the car we were interested in. He had answers for all the questions we had and kept us satisfied with our purchase.

I have been driving a 2001 Chevrolet Express 3500 . It had 260,000 miles on it when I sold it. Still was running good. That is why I went back with a 2016 Chevy Express van 3500. Love how it drives and plenty of legroom.
Parris immediately greeted us at the door and was very helpful and awesome throughout the entire process. Very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. They are very military friendly!
Faulty Paint Job

There is a serious problem with the paint flaking that Chevrolet needs to address. My van is in good condition but the paint started flaking from the hood and the passenger door it's really unsightly and must be a factory fault!
