Great experience with Joe Ibrahim! Easiest 5 stars I've given. I went in on the defensive and ready to face the "used car dealer" and I was immediately put as ease by Joe's demeanor and wanting to make you a happy customer. I came with family to look at a couple cars but not ready to make a decision...that was good with Joe. I came back to test drive and he insisted and extended test drive to include highway, again to make sure I was happy. I had a trade and already had offers and Joe and Zack stepped up and did me justice. The staff was excellent through all the paperwork; smiling, offering me coffee, tea, water...their kindness almost made me suspicious ha ha. I walked away yesterday with a car, a warranty (well priced) and repairs/prep that allows me to walk away confident in my purchase for my daughter. Two thumbs up for Joe and staff!

This is a very good vehicle. The six speed automatic transmission is very smooth. The v8 engine delivers very adequate power and surprisingly good gas mileage. It is quite comfortable to drive. The rear seats are very easy to remove.

The 3500 Express is a basic van to transport my larger family around town and on road trips. It's quality and reliability is exactly what we wanted. After a very bad experience at another dealership selling a different brand of car, I was very reluctant to go to any other dealership. After reading the previous great reviews about Seacoast Chevy, I decided to take a chance and visit the dealership. From my initial interaction with Fred, the individual who ended up selling me my car, I knew I was in the right place! Fred was very respectful of my budget and worked with me to ensure I could get the car for the best price possible all the while answering any questions I had with great patience. As Fred worked with me, the General Manager, Brian Broomell worked to get the best deal on the car I was trading in. Together, they made the whole sale possible! Walter, the Finance Manager, was incredibly thorough and walked me through the final stages of the buying process. He, like Fred, was respectful of my budget and worked with me. The receptionist was also kind in helping get bags to move my belongings from my old car to my new one. Overall, I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was. After having been a loyal customer to another brand, I now will consider Seacoast Chevy my place to go!
