In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.
Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
My girlfriend and I went to this dealership after a few failed attempts at others within the same area. After we got to talking to Caleb we knew we were at the right spot. Caleb was knowledgeable and made it possible for my girlfriend to get a new car at the rate that suited her best. I???d definitely recommend coming to this dealership if you???re looking for a new car and asking for Caleb. I???m definitely going back when I???m ready to purchase my new car!
Caleb was a joy to work with when buying our new (to us) car. We called before we came in and let him know what we were looking for and upon arrival he had several choices ready for us! Caleb did a great job at understanding our goals and needs for our new vehicle and made the process a total breeze. This was by far the fastest and most stress free car buying experience we have ever had. We will definitely be recommending Caleb and Freeland to our friends and family!

We recently moved to Nashville and found ourselves in the market for a vehicle. The car selection, ease of doing business, knowledgeable and courtesy staff resulted in such a positive experience we went back a few weeks later and traded our other vehicle in for a new one. The process was quick, they had the car options pulled up and ready to review and the sales process was expedient. Great job by the Freeland Team
What a great place to get a car. They really have great people working there. They are so friendly and helpful and the place was so clean. They really take pride in their work. Plus Tommy Boston stay late to help make sure we were comfortable with the new car. He will always have our business.

I was looking for a Subaru and found the perfect one here at Freeland and when I called to talk pricing, Tommy Poston helped me over the phone and then later that day when I was able to get out there. He was attentive to my requests for my car and answered all my questions. He even let me take the car for two days to give it a whirl. Obviously I loved it because it???s now mine. So go see Tommy at Freeland for a great experience.
Very well laid out showroom, as well as good variety of vehicles. While shopping there my wife text me that a Sportage we had looked at the day before had been reduced to the price we offered. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere.
I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.
SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book.
BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.
Choose to work with no other companies only Wholesale inc. Cavender, Lukas, and John are some awesome paperwork. This will be the second vehicle I???ve purchased with this company and as long as they keep people like this I will continue to purchase in the future.
This is the second time I have used Wholesale Inc to purchase my car. Both times my experience was great. They listen to your wants and your needs they find you the car that's going to fit you they're very patient and very kind. Great prices on wonderful dependable clean cars.
Christina was super helpful and very friendly, she even went the extra mile to find my pre-owned Q5 was still under warranty for my 45K mile service so i didn't have to come out of pocket.
