we had a great experience with Daniel and the dealership. thanks for taking care of us so well. we tend to avoid buying cars from dealerships and would definitely come back to Wilsonville again. We would have like to have made a donation in the physical area we live, so, this was a little disappointing that they only allowed us to choose a few local ones to them.
I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
I am very happy with my purchase. The sales consultant, Nicholas Raymond, was very helpful. In the future if i need a amother car or help, i would look for him. Very paitient and understanding for the customers needs.
As soon as my husband and I approached the doors of the dealership we were greeted by someone and taken care of. Rachael is our sales person and she???s very patient and knowledgeable about the car. We enjoyed interacting with everyone we met with during the process - and for people who have rarely purchased new cars that???s a relief. A diverse group of confident likeable people.

We had a great connection with Ben Mcfadin from start to finish. He spent the time with us around exactly what we were looking for. My husband was in a couple times talking about the various new 2019 trucks and what would be better. He was extremely knowledgeable about each model and there was not one thing he didn???t know. The day we stopped in to check out the new inventory Ben was there with a smile knowing a new truck just came in that fit all our needs. After a quick and fun test drive we were sold. Ben was so helpful and made the next part of the process go by quick all while letting us discover more and more of the truck. Overall we worked with Ben, Jamie Larios (Sales Manager), and Reza through our entire experience and I would do it all over again with this team. The paperwork involved was explained throughly and there were no surpises. Heck we were even laughing during it as they were so personable. They were honest and straight about everything which made it that much better. Buying any vehicle, especially brand new is extremely nerve racking and a huge commitment but with these gentlemen it was a relief. You won???t be disappointed working with CARR Chevrolet!!
This was my first time ever going to a dealership and Luis made it very simple, fun and exiting to get a new car. Luis had such an amazing and fun personality, there's no way to not have fun searching for a car with him. He walked me through the basics and showed me cars that work for me. I realized you can't just pick a car by looking at a picture, you actually have to sit in it and drive it. I didn't think I would like the Jeep Patriot but I ended up falling in love with it after the test drive! I'm super happy with my new car!
Sergio helped me with understanding the paperwork and explained every single paper that I was signing with precise detail. I was very worried about what I was getting myself into but with his helped I felt more confident and less worried about the application process. He made sure to have everything correct like double checking my credit application and correcting my gross income. All together everything went well. Although it is a bit of a drive for me it was worth it and I would totally recommend them to any of my friends!

John was an absolute pleasure to work with. Although after the initial meeting, there was very little interaction necessary. I got a phone call when they found a buyer and another phone call when our check was ready to pick up. I can’t imagine trying to sell a car on my own again. John and Donny dealt with showing the car to potential buyers and all the paperwork involved in transferring ownership. I definitely recommend Executive AutoSport and will use their service again when I need to sell my next car as I got more from the sale than I would have trading it to a dealership. This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
I only go to this location because of Mitchell. I have struggled in the past with communication and thoroughness of work. Mitchell takes the time to ensure I understand, delivers on what he promises and reads me as a customer. If and when you lose him you will lose me!!
I am very happy with The Auto Outlet INC! Brandon was the reason we brought the vehicle here. I sent a email to him asking about a vehicle. Brandon responded very promptly to the email and asking me to come down and look at the vehicle. I informed him I would be there! When I showed up I asked for Brandon and he was there with a smile on his face and ready to help us. We explained what we were looking for. Brandon showed us some vehicles that he thought would work for us. I tell you what we found the vehicle we were looking for! Low miles excellent vehicle! Brandon informed us that we had a 3 month warranty or 3000 miles. That they just offer as a thank you to their customers! I was shocked to hear that!When buying the vehicle there was no pressure, we didn't have to wait and most of all it was very convenient location from home. After all the dealerships in Oregon City, Gladstone, and all over Salem non of these dealerships treated us the way Auto Outlet did. They are family owned for over 20 years! I love family owned businesses because in my experience they have cared more about the customer. From now on I will never go to a big dealership for vehicles again. The also have referral program that is $200.00! I thank you once again for being professional and most of all staying open later for us! I highly recommend this car dealership!
