I wasn???t ready to buy anything new yet but getting rear-ended and losing my vehicle made me start looking. After a lot of research and looking online I did find a GMC Canyon that has exactly what I wanted and it was at Hudson???s Buick in Poughkeepsie. Mike Vargas was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way make sure Iwas comfortable with what I was buying (this was replacing a 2003 Dodge Dakota) and explained all features to me. We were also surprised we got a 50??? TV. He even picked me up at the train station the day I was picking up the truck since I had no ride to the dealership. Thanks again! This was an extremely pain free purchasing process. After the purchase (and signing every piece of paper under the sun) he sat with me in the truck to set up the OnStar and reviewed again the features and the remote start, since I never had that before. Thank you again.
I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. The other day I stopped by Ingersoll of Pawling to just mention the my tale light was out. I wanted to know which light I should buy to replace it. The staff member I talked with immediately told me they would look at my car, took my keys to the service department, and had them check out my vehicle. I didn't have to wait very long. My car was looked at in a very reasonable time frame, and on top of that, the dealership replaced the bulb at no cost to me. As I was waiting the staff was friendly enough to occupy my time with conversation and coffee. This dealership has top notch employees and service. I would definitely recommend Ingersoll of Pawling for repairs, and much much more!

I've bought/leased many cars in the last 20 years but I have to say my sales guy Hitesh Sharma at Curry Honda made it one of the best experiences I've had. I walked in with my wife, 2 kids and 2 carseats looking to test drive a new Pilot and skip the normal 50+ questions you usually get first. Within 5 minutes the test drive started. Hitesh was very knowledgable in answering all of my wife's questions and even a few from my kids! After the test drive we did a quick walk of the lot so my wife could see different exterior colors. My wife and kids then decided they liked this car the best out of the 4 others we test drove that day. When we sat down to discuss lease numbers with Hitesh I told him I had a payment in mind. After about 15 minutes we agreed on the numbers and signed papers. To me, Hitesh stands out as a great sales person because he saw I wanted to spend as little time as possible there and have the process move very quickly if we were going to make a deal. He was very polite, great with my kids and being so knowledgable of the product saved us time from him having to go find out answers to our questions. I would highly recommend him in the future. I also want to mention, when we picked up the car we sat with the Finance Manager Jeff Laytin. This was also a great experience as there wasn't the typical "hard sell approach" to buy any accessories or warranties. We also didn't get surprised by any plus, plus plus to our COD payment that wasn't there when we made the deal the week before. Jeff also had a very pleasant personality and was respectful of our time.
“The Duke” does it again. This was my second time coming to Phil for a new truck and once again he had me leaving there with more than I expected and smiling from ear to ear. He and his team were able to put me in exactly what I wanted for less than I wanted to pay. I’ve bought many many vehicles and dealt with every type of salesman and I truly began to believe everyone of them were thieves, then I was referred to The Duke and I will not purchase from anyone but him. You better stay around buddy!!!!
