inquired about used car online. was informed an employee was considering it for his daughter. was later informed employee did in fact buy the car. It was a fun inquiry. I bought a similar car from a private individual later that same day. the online salesman was very professional and polite. I have bought from Reeder before. They have good quality used cars.
Used car needed to be checked out. 21 point inspection found leaking motor sports and oil pan gasket. Asst Svc Mgr contact extended warranty company on my behalf and found these to be covered. I approved repairs and Asst Svce Mgr obtained payment on my behalf.
I had brake system inspected and it was determined that master cylinder needed to be replaced. Asst Svc Mgr again contacted extended warranty company and obtained coverage/payment.
Both Tyler and Josh made the car buying experience the best I've ever had. The tone of conversations with Tyler was perfect: no high pressure tactics and no processes to jump through just to check off the box of following "the system". He worked with me on the phone, via text, and finally in person in exceptional fashion. It showed a lot of flexibility in comparison to other dealerships I've dealt with. I had decided no one would work out a deal with me on my trade, and then Tyler and Josh made it happen!

Exceptional buying experience. Roger Williams was my sales contact. Very professional, NEVER pushy like so many sales I've experienced elsewhere. He was always willing to pause and answer any question and made sure every question was thoroughly addressed. If he did not have an answer, he never bluffed. He found someone who could confidently provide the answer. All staff was positive, friendly, helpful. Roger is especially upbeat, optomestic, and sincerely intrested, not in just the sale, but the whole family as well. He took time to visit with every child in the family and answer their questions as well. This was truly a remarkable buying experience.
I was looking for a specific Ram equipped with everything I needed to use it for a work truck. Rice had just 1 truck that met all my requirements. It was a white truck with the blackout package. I knew the moment I saw it that it was for me. Brian Myers went above and beyond to make my purchase a pleasant experience. I showed up 30 minutes before he was to get off work on a Saturday evening. He stayed with me and finished the sale before he left for the day. When I came in Monday to pick it up he had it gassed up and shined up.
