I was taken care of with out an appt. Friendly, fast & efficient service. I have always received courteous service and attitude from all of Lokeys associates. Including all their departments ... sales, service repairs and phone operators.
Throughout the whole week kevin was exceptional in not only his customer service but his knowledge of the product. I had multiple quotes from other dealerships but kevin was understanding and accommodating for any need that i had.
After seeing a Sun Toyota internet ad for a 2018 Acura, I initially shopped a local dealer for their pricing and realized that there was a considerable price difference between the Sun Toyota price and the local dealer. After indicating interest in the vehicle on Sun's internet site, I was immediately contacted by Ben Carriere. After three and a half hour drive to Sun Toyota, I traded my vehicle for the 2018 Acura. Ben Carriere is a consumate professional and a pleasure to work with when purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I were impressed with the level of courtesy that we received. This is the most positive experience in Car Buying that I have ever experienced. I must also say the restaurant inside the dealership is a nice convenience.
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
What an amazing experience. No one pressures you into anything. Pedro helped me every step of the way. I Would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a car, he will make sure you get everything you want!
I have now purchased two vehicles through this dealership (formally known as Kuhn Honda) and have had only good experiences. The people have been friendly and non aggressive. They are accommodating and seem to care about what you have to say. My salesman this time was a young man named Zach Walters who was kind and genuine. He did not push me in anyway and instead, ???fought??? for a better price to help me out. I did not get a chance to review him through the dealership due to an email mix up but I would give him 10/10 on every category. This Honda dealership has been great and I will continue to do business with them.
Marco went above & beyond my expectations in helping me get into a new lease. He and Denise were able to get me into my new Chev Trax & even getting my payment lower than my last lease. Being on a tight senior income, this was very important.
I will highly recommend Register Chev and especially Marco.

In June I was in an accident that totaled my van. I was devastated and completely unprepared to start the car shopping process all over again. I made the mistake of going to another dealership before coming to see Andrew at Register. By the time I came to see Andrew I was stressed, aggravated and short on smiles. But Andrew was FANTASTIC! I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price point and he went above and beyond to find my family the PERFECT SUV. He was patient (even when I wasn't) he was accommodating, and above all he was true to his word. This was by far the most hassle-free experience at a dealership I have ever had, taking about 5 hours from start to finish. While the entire staff at Register seems wonderful, Andrew is and will be my go to for future car purchases. We are customers for life!
