My son and I went to Nye Ford in Oneida today to get the second service done on my 2025 Ford Explorer. Keri handled my cars service, then lead us to a kids play table, and surprised my son with a lollipop! It's was a very good experience! Much thanks to Keri and Nye Ford!
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I took my Chevy Silverado in for a check engine light with no appointment and Melvin Thomas III greeted me and documented my concerns to have my vehicle inspected. Retrieved my vehicle the same day with all concerns addressed. I will definitely return to see my new advisor Mr. Melvin.

West Herr Chevrolet of East Syracuse review
Steve S. was my salesman. I chose him because he assisted me 2 weeks before when I came in looking for the service dept even though it was his day off. I decided to just buy a new car instead of putting more money into the one I had. I knew exactly what I was looking for. He went over the options I wanted & brought the car right up to the door for me to look at. The paperwork process went smoothly and I had the car the next day.

Best Buy Auto Sales on Church street service department has always done an amazing job to find the problem and solution to what my car needs. My 2013 Chevy Equinox is always treated with respect. Anytime I call, Lorraine is very respectful and always does her best to make sure I get in and fixed. She asked the questions I would normally forget. I would recommend Best Buy Auto Sales if you're looking for a vehicle. Thank you Best Buy Auto on Church Street. Thank you Lorraine

Crest Cadillac review
Just putting my 2 cents in. I have been going to Crest for almost 22 years. The Service Dept and Sales Team have always been top notch. If there's a problem they go above and beyond. I never felt like I was being talked down to and if I didn't understand something, staff go to great lengths to answer any question I might have. I appreciate being treated like family. It's like a have an 'Uncle' in the business.

Binghamton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
I had a really wonderful experience in buying my2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from this dealership. John Manley was extremely responsive and made the process quick and easy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable buying the Jeep from 2 hours away without seeing it in person. I was leaving for a trip and hoped the dealership could complete getting the Jeep ready and all paperwork completed in a tight timeframe and they made it happen, and made it seem easy. I’ll be going back to buy my next Jeep there!
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.
