One Saturday morning my husband and I were in Portage and had some extra time, so we decided to stop by to test drive a few trucks. Over the past few months we had narrowed it down to two different trucks styles that we were interested in. The test drives were going to help us to make the decision for when we were ready to purchase in a few months. Kipp was the one to assist us. His body language and no sales gimmick's is what kept us there that day. If there had been any pressure or "salesman talk", we would've walked away before even doing the test drive. To be honest we would have walked away anytime throughout the process since we were in no hurry to buy. Kipp gave us our space but yet was there to answer any of my MANY MANY questions. We ended up purchasing the truck about a week later at a price we felt very comfortable with. Before leaving the dealership that day, Eric was there to make sure we knew how to use all the features offered and help us to get our Onstar set up properly. We left that day knowing without a doubt that we made a great decision! Everyone in the dealership was very professional and friendly. 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

I worked with Aaron and Shane at the Symdon Motors dealership to purchase a vehicle that was listed online. As an out-of-state distance buyer I needed good communication to make sure the vehicle met my expectations and needs. Aaron answered all of my questions promptly and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the potential purchase. Once I had decided to move forward, Shane helped me get the financing package put together, keeping me well informed during the process. When I arrived at the dealership (a 3.5 hour drive from my home), Aaron greeted me immediately; the vehicle was ready to test drive and he gave me a quick rundown on the features and operation in case I had any questions. After the test drive, Shane took over to complete all the paperwork. He had all the forms prepared and did a great job of explaining the purpose of each item I needed to sign. The dealership and customer areas were clean, inviting and well kept. Although I only spent about an hour at the dealership, from first contact to driving off the lot this was definitely one of my best car purchasing experiences.

I am so glad we bought our Ford Edge from Summit Ford! (Thanks Ryan Madala-Klug!!!) Not only do Chuck and I love it but now our Daughter does too. We let Jon and Molly use it to go to Rhinelander. She is now a Ford Edge convert! They easily took a vacation's worth of toys, food, clothes a big dog and and active three year old. It is so easy for Seniors to get in and out, great height to see others on the road, great safety features and easy to get kiddos strapped into! I worked retail for years and people would say to me, "Oh you are so good at that you do." As happy as I was to hear that I always thought "Don't tell me, tell my boss...tell others." So when I find a great product and/or exemplary service, I tell bosses and others. So I'm telling you, if you are thinking of a different car, Stop and see Ryan and the other good people at Summit Ford in Beaver Dam.
