2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

I worked with Aaron and Shane at the Symdon Motors dealership to purchase a vehicle that was listed online. As an out-of-state distance buyer I needed good communication to make sure the vehicle met my expectations and needs. Aaron answered all of my questions promptly and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the potential purchase. Once I had decided to move forward, Shane helped me get the financing package put together, keeping me well informed during the process. When I arrived at the dealership (a 3.5 hour drive from my home), Aaron greeted me immediately; the vehicle was ready to test drive and he gave me a quick rundown on the features and operation in case I had any questions. After the test drive, Shane took over to complete all the paperwork. He had all the forms prepared and did a great job of explaining the purpose of each item I needed to sign. The dealership and customer areas were clean, inviting and well kept. Although I only spent about an hour at the dealership, from first contact to driving off the lot this was definitely one of my best car purchasing experiences.

One Saturday morning my husband and I were in Portage and had some extra time, so we decided to stop by to test drive a few trucks. Over the past few months we had narrowed it down to two different trucks styles that we were interested in. His body language and no sales gimmick's is what kept us there that day. If there had been any pressure or "salesman talk", we would've walked away before even doing the test drive. I bought a new electric 2020 Bolt here and brought it in last week, suspecting that after more than a year I would need a full overhaul maintenance. They assured me I didn't need a couple tasks they could have charged me for because I'd suggested them. They simply rotated my tires, gave good tire replacement advice in about 6 months, filled my washer fluid, and sent me off for less than $25. Nice new coffee-drink machine in the waiting room! My car was ready to leave before I was!
