We found 500 online while searching for a specific vehicle. They're not the closest Chevy dealer to us, but they had the truck we liked in stock, so we took the drive. We are so very glad we did. Every single person we came in contact with was amazing - from the salesman, to the general manager, to the parts guy. We found the buying experience comfortable and stress-free. When we were ready to write up the paperwork, there was a computer glitch and they couldn't get it done that day. They offered to bring the paperwork to us the next day! We chose to go back to the dealer the next day, however. That is phenomenal customer service. Everything was explained thoroughly and all of our questions were answered. We truly felt like our business was appreciated. That's a rare feeling these days. I can't say enough good about our buying experience. Better yet, we have an amazing new Silverado 1500 named Herbie!

I had been searching for this particular truck for 6 months and just couldn't find one with all the features for a reasonable price until finally looking at 500 automotive. They take great care of their costumers through the entire buying process and offer very reasonable reasonable trade in values. After getting low balled by several dealers it was nice to finally do business with a dealership that isn't trying to get every penny out of you.
I recently bought a 14 F-150. A day after I got home I noticed a possible major problem. I contacted auto house, and was told to come in. Took my truck in. They sent it to Ford in town. It was all under warranty. Turned out the problem wasn't covered. Auto house loaned me a truck, not a car, a truck because that is what I bought. They didn't have to do that. Turns out it was a major problem that neither they nor I had caught before I purchased it. Ford would not cover under warranty. Auto house payed for the repair out of pocket to make it right and to make me happy. They honestly went above and beyond to do what was right even though they were under no obligation to do so. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way they handled the transaction. This is the second vehicle I bought there and would do so in a heartbeat again. I hifhghly suggest it. These are down home, family people that know what working for your dollar means to a person. They aren't out to make a dollar. They want to please their customers and that speaks volumes to me. I couldn't recommend their services and people any higher. You won't regret doing business with them.

I like this place. They are very very helpful and never let me down. I was looking at a Dodge Charger SRT8 that was blue and had a hemi. I really want it, so they have been helping me out there. And I thank them very much for the help and hard work they put in forth the effort and I love it.

My wife and I recently went shopping for a nice but inexpensive car for our 16 year old daughter. Brad was great to work with. We feel that we got a very reasonable deal on a 2011 Ford Fiesta. Even though we were buying possibly the least expensive car on the lot we weren’t treated any differently than had we been buying the most expensive. Brad was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I cannot remember his name but the man that finalized all the paperwork was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with as well. My wife will be shopping for a different vehicle in a year or two and this will be our first place to look.
We bought a 2014 prius v at a price as expensive as the 2015 prius v The back hatch will not open by walking up to it without having the key out This is very inconvenient when not having your hands free When approached the dealership we were told this model is not equipped with that function We asked what the trade in price was with no response from the dealership
