I'm writing this review for everyone to view and recognize the exceptional experience I had purchasing my second vehicle. I went from a BMW 3 series that was giving me constant issues to a 2015 Buick Encore. Dan Turk has been the most generous understanding salesmen, even with my trade in. He provided the best customer service a fearful car buying customer could come across in such a competative industry. There certainly need to be more salesmen like him and will care for you after you drive that large purchase off the lot. Thank you Dan, now a friend and forever a customer!
Test drove the CHR and fell in love instantly. Best experience overall from beginning to end. This was my first time driving a Toyota. So happy we made this our first stop. Would highly recommend North Park Toyota!
Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
First made contact with dealership to pre-qualify. Process was hadled very quickly and Bessie provided an exceptable rate for our credit rating. Vehicle was listed here for $29k roughly but their site shows $30k. Initially that caused concerns, but after seeing the car I understood why. Inside the SRX are multiple ink marks on the roof and tears within the seat leather which could cost a feww hundred to fix. The on the back of the trunk is a scar about 6-8 inches in length. The photos did not show the damages. I asked to negotiate the pricing to have the car corrected but the associates and management declined to reduce the price just $1700. I hope you have a better experience and good luck to Pursch selling that scar.
Sales representative (Heather Rosas) was very courteous and knowledgeable about the new vehicles. We will definitely come back to purchase our next vehicle. We are planning on having our new vehicle serviced by Ancira as well.
They had the car in the color I wanted. Based on previous reviews I called Heather. I explained I wanted to test drive the Stinger because I had never driven one before. We made an appointment for the next morning the car was up front and ready when I got there. After the drive we made a deal and the whole process was painless and professional.
Had a total loss in October and started my search for a vehicle and met Kelli on. Friday night and she listened to my wants and needs and found me this gem. She literally walked across ancira Volkswagen and Chevy as well looking around. She's awesome.
