It was past time for a service recently when my Sonata developed a bad rattle/clicking in the steering column. I set up the appointment for a few days later. The service rep was courteous and friendly and described two recent recalls that would solve my problem in a couple of hours of service time. He called me at home to tell me my battery was showing some signs of failing and asked me if I would like to replace it. I did. My car was ready with a courtesy wash and no more rattle in the steering. It was a very pleasant experience as always with your service center.
The service was speedy and I appreciated the professionalism of the staff. They are always helpful and courteous. I can???t stand having to do any maintenance but I don???t mind it slightly less because my experiences have been very nice!
I really love the fact they they serve complimentary coffee and water bottles that???s a plus for me. The staff there are super nice and helpful. Alfonso went above and beyond when helping me with my questions. The facility has a waiting place with a T.V that keeps me entertained when waiting for my service to be completed. I sure do recommend this place for your services they do an amazing job.
I took my Tahoe in for a lub and oil change. The oil plug was left loose and leaked oil on my drive way and I had to take it back. it leaked a lot. while the problem was taken care at no cost to me, it could have burned up my motor and caused a bigger problem. I have been a 3-Way customer for many year, ever since they were located on Chester Avenue. I hope this doesn't happen again.
Mike Thomas, the GM, was absolutely wonderful to us! He gave us a great deal and is always courteous and professional! My sales representative, Jennette, was very attentive to my needs and always returned my calls or texts! Loved my experience with 3-way!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I used the Chevrolet website to pre-build my 2016 Chevrolet Corvette then presented it to my salesman Jay. We went over the entire build together. He explained some things about the variety of options, and made suggestions that caused me to reconsider them in a most positive way. The purchase went smoothly. I felt I was treated fairly with regards to the amount offered for my trade-in. The result is that I am a proud and happy owner of a 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.
I took my son's 2008 Charger to Alfonso, who handled the maintenance quickly and competently. I was able to speak directly with the technician regarding a few questions I had. Wow, what a crew. I am very impressed and will only do my service at Bakersfield Hyundai.
This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
