On vacation and 1.5 hour away from where we were staying with kids in the car. Thermostat malfunctioned and another dealership told us to make an appointment for another day and expect to leave it for 3 days for diagnostic tests to run which was impossible. Immediately went into this location to either the manager or service manager and they were excellent at seeing we were in a bind and needed expedient service. We were in and out in 1.5 hour. Thank you sincerely for saving our vacation!! I believe it was Gerry (I’m sorry if I remembered wrong). Also, Aubra was great at trying to help us find GMC points to use to lower the cost and understood we needed help same day. Thank you all for help!!

He took the time and explained each feature and made me feel confident about my purchase. The rest of the staff made my purchase easy and I was confident about Doing business there. Thanks to Jody and the Team I now drive a beautiful Black Silverado 1500 Z71 Texas Edition which my girlfriend loves to sit in.
